Beautiful property with an amazing pool and outdoor dining. The house is large and comfortable with 6 large bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. We have 13 beds in the home to sleep on, 2 large living rooms, 2 large Kitchens, 3 Dining tables that sit 6. The bedrooms are as follows: Bedroom 1) 1 King bed. Bedroom2) 1 King, 1 Twin. Bedroom3) 1 Queen, 1 Twin Bedroom4) 1 King, 2 Twin. Bedroom5) 2 Queen, 1 Twin Bedroom6) 1 Queen, 1 Twin Required information. Signed Edocs, pic of DL, Guest List received before check in. We do have cameras on the entire outside of the property including the pool.

What can I say... from check- in to check- out what a great experience. The house is definitely as described. The owner got right back to us with all communications. We had a great stay. You literally do not have to leave this home in order to enjoy your vacation. It has everything and kid super friendly. We will definitely book again. Villa Rica has a place in our hearts forever!!! I'm the words of my 8yr old, "Mom this is an amazing house and I'm having an amazing time, thank you"
They loved that pool. According to them it was the highlight of the trip.

Wonderful Wedding weekend!

Fantastic stay! The home was gorgeous and very inviting. It was a peaceful oasis during an exciting wedding weekend. Our hosts were very helpful with all of our questions. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Villa Rica, GA area

Great accommodations for our large family of 22 spending the long Thanksgiving weekend together.

The owners were wonderful to work with. We were very pleased with the house; plenty of room for everyone and the nature trail across the street is great for both kids and adults. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was lovely for our quick four day stay. Place was over sized for my family of four so it could easily fit a very large contingent. Great location, very friendly owners. Lots to do there and highly recommended.

We came to Georgia and stayed 2 nights to reunite with family and friends. This home is exactly like the pictures, plenty of room, and in a great location (close to I-20). This is a great house for large groups. My siblings and their families stayed here. The pool and nearby park are great for all ages. The house is well equipped for kids and adults. Planty of rooms and the main areas are large enough to accommodate our entire party.

Great country home close to area attractions!

We had a great stay in this home. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed all the fun games and pool to swim in. The house was well stocked with necessities and the kitchen had an abundance of cookware. Everything was clean and tidy and the check in & out process was very smooth. The location was great because it had a rural country feel but only a short drive to area attractions, restaurants, and the airport. We would stay here again and highly recommend

The owners were really nice and friendly. The kids and adults loved the pool. The house looks just like the pictures. We were far enough out not to get caught in traffic but close enough to all the things we needed. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Staycation

This was exactly what our family needed. Beautiful property and a much needed relaxing few days away from home. Stayed in the pool the vast majority of the time. Tons of space with lots of games for the kids. We loved it!

Comfortable, Clean and Quiet Place

The home is well kept and presents as photographed and advertised. It is perfect for a family gathering of 4-5 couples. Will easily accommodate larger parties. Easy access to the freeway to head into Atlanta.

Christmas stay

It was an amazing house with a lit of space and pkwnty of games for the little ones. We would really reccomend this house if you need a lot of space. Definetly worth it and we loved our stay. :)
