Beautiful property with an amazing pool and outdoor dining. The house is large and comfortable with 6 large bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. We have 13 beds in the home to sleep on, 2 large living rooms, 2 large Kitchens, 3 Dining tables that sit 6. The bedrooms are as follows: Bedroom 1) 1 King bed. Bedroom2) 1 King, 1 Twin. Bedroom3) 1 Queen, 1 Twin Bedroom4) 1 King, 2 Twin. Bedroom5) 2 Queen, 1 Twin Bedroom6) 1 Queen, 1 Twin Required information. Signed Edocs, pic of DL, Guest List received before check in. We do have cameras on the entire outside of the property including the pool.

Amazing Stay!!!

What can I say... from check- in to check- out what a great experience. The house is definitely as described. The owner got right back to us with all communications. We had a great stay. You literally do not have to leave this home in order to enjoy your vacation. It has everything and kid super friendly. We will definitely book again. Villa Rica has a place in our hearts forever!!! I'm the words of my 8yr old, "Mom this is an amazing house and I'm having an amazing time, thank you"

Great place for large family!

This was a great place for our large extended family to stay for a wedding weekend! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep but also have privacy!

Wonderful Wedding weekend!

Fantastic stay! The home was gorgeous and very inviting. It was a peaceful oasis during an exciting wedding weekend. Our hosts were very helpful with all of our questions. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Villa Rica, GA area

Stayed at this property for a week with adults and teens for a baseball tournament. Owner was great, house was clean and stocked for everything needed. Would highly recommend.

Great home

This is a great house for large groups. My siblings and their families stayed here. The pool and nearby park are great for all ages. The house is well equipped for kids and adults. Planty of rooms and the main areas are large enough to accommodate our entire party.

Great country home close to area attractions!

We had a great stay in this home. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed all the fun games and pool to swim in. The house was well stocked with necessities and the kitchen had an abundance of cookware. Everything was clean and tidy and the check in & out process was very smooth. The location was great because it had a rural country feel but only a short drive to area attractions, restaurants, and the airport. We would stay here again and highly recommend

Hurricane retreat

We stayed here from FL to flee Hurricane Milton. Our host was great and check in process was smooth. The only critique I had was that some of the dishes and cookware were dirty and we had to rewash but that was no big deal. We loved the spaciousness of the place and we all got to have our own space. Thanks Dan!

Awesome and Comprising

House was Beautiful and clean very spacious the picture does no justice. Good for large groups or family. My family and I enjoyed to the fullest and kids loved the pool and all the games that where included in the house.

Fantastic House!!

We had our high school church retreat here, and it was wonderful! This house was fabulous and had everything we could need or want! The owners were great and made everything easy! We would love to come back!!

Family Reunion.

This home was perfect for our large family of 19 total people. Ten adults and nine children ranging in age from 1 to 15 years old. The pool was the center attraction. The kids loved it and adults also. There are many play activities for everyone. This place gave us the perfect venue to reunite with the family and be together. The beds are very comfortable. We loved it and will stay again.

Supercross weekend

What a wonderful house for a big group with kids! There are plenty of comfortable beds, a fantastic kitchen, and entertainment for the kids. The pool was a big hit! We all played basketball and ping pong. It made our trip to the Supercross race worth the extra distance to the track!

Golf weekend

Great property and nice pool. Back porch was awesome and plenty of bed and bathrooms. I want a huge fan of having to identify everyone staying at the house along with their age before arriving. I had never been asked to do so in past VRBO rentals. The pool table needs updating, basically unusable, but everything else was great.

Very large for big groups. 30 min outside of Atlanta. Air conditioning worked great. The only add would be put up some towel hooks in bathrooms and add small trash cans to bathrooms that is our only things to add.

The kitchens are fully stocked however, nothing is organized, and there were dirty dishes in the cabinets. We had to wash everything before we could use it There are great games however, a lot of them are broken we had to get new tips for the pool sticks. We really enjoyed the space the home has a lot of space.
