Fantastic for family reunion

The property was absolutely gorgeous and had so much space for our large group. Beds/linens were very comfortable and the house had plenty of amenities. Our family loves any water and direct access to the creek was a big selling point. However, it was completely overgrown so we were unable to enjoy the kayaks and water, but we went to the state park nearby 2 days in a row and it was amazing. Great communication with host. Kitchen could use a few more basic utensils and the projector was tough to get going but finally got it working. The water pressure got a little iffy at times in the kitchen, but we made it work. Check in/out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again! Highly reccomend this place!!

Perfect for our big family reunion

Beautiful house, well maintained, amazing property and excellent amenities. Exceptional host- great communication and super thoughtful and responsive to our needs- including adding a pack and play travel crib to the house! Sparking clean house, places for kids of all ages to play, and spacious accommodations. Absolutely recommend this house for any family group. So happy with our stay.

Graduation Celebratory Brunch

We reserved Bear Creek Manor during my daughter's high school graduation. We had a great stay. The property was exactly as the pictures depict. The layout of the bedrooms and the amount of recreational space both indoors and outdoors allows everyone to have their own space, but is large enough for you to come together in one area as well. The owner was very accommodating as I inadvertently reserved the wrong check out date. I would highly recommend the property.

Perfect!!

We enjoyed our time so much! The place is wonderful with plenty of accommodations and very well kept. It was such a peaceful, family fun time. There is more than enough room- pictures don’t do it justice! We want to make this an annual trip spot now!

Chatt hills horse show trip

We stayed here for a horse show at Chatt Hills equestrian park and it was perfect. Plenty of room and we had 18 people. Easy to communicate with the owner. Would totally stay here again

We both grew up in Georgia and live in the city of Atlanta. Zach is a home remodeling specialist and in his free time loves eating his Grandma's cookies and running to the Riviera Maya any chance he gets. Lauren is a new nurse graduate and has a dream of spending her life on the road with her husband and her cat, Kylo Ren. One of our absolute favorite things to do is enjoy a good time with our friends and family and we are so happy to be able to host you and your family for this experience too.

Why they chose this property

Bear Creek was love at first site. This beautiful mountain like cabin has the benefit of being rural, quiet, and secluded while still being convenient to restaurants groceries and retail. Not to mention 30 minutes from the great city of Atlanta! We love waking up, having a fresh cup of coffee, and stepping directly onto the river view deck to listen to the small rapids of Bear Creek. This property was the perfect space to host friends and family. Plenty of activities for all ages and all times of the year. Have a picnic by the river, fish for some catfish, or kayak to the Chattahoochee River, right down the stream. Kick back by the indoor fireplace or enjoy game time inside with billiards, board games, bumper pool, and more. Watch a movie on our lawn with the kids or play in the fenced in backyard/playground. Host a BBQ by the fire-pit or have a relaxing evening watching the stars in the hottub! Take a day trip to Six Flags Over Georgia or Sweetwater Creek State Park. So much and more here at Bear Creek Manor :)
