This oceanfront home is directly on the beach in a small town, 5 minutes South of Montanita. Three bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths. One bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd room has full size bed & 3rd room has 2 sets of full size bunkbeds. There are also air mattresses available for additional sleeping. Air conditioning in all bedrooms & in main living space. Open floor plan with kitchen, dining & living room. Three Levels with roof top veranda. Walled Property with off-street parking. Very private location, in a very small town. Shopping available 2 blocks from home.
