Check in is 4 PM and Check out is 10 AM. Whenever possible extensions on either end are offered at no extra charge. Early check in and late departure are conditional upon other bookings.

The farm sits a half mile off the road and encompasses 154 acres, but with the nearby farms and forests and you are surrounded by more than 600 hundred acres. You may see turkeys, deer, horses galloping behind the hounds, an awesome view of the Milky Way or an extraordinary sunrise.
Enjoy the excitement of nearby attractions, then return to a bit of paradise at the end of the day.

Family Adventure!: Camp out, roast marshmallows, explore the fields and woods, identify constellations, stand on the deck and spot deer or turkey. It will be unforgettable. The greatest challenge will be getting everyone back in the car when it is time to leave.
Depending on the season, you can sled, hike, swim, fish, collect leaves or nuts, or a build a dam in the creek.
Nearby, you can hike Old Rag, swim in a mountain pool, ski at Wintergreen or Massanutten, or explore the Luray Caverns.
Perhaps an old fashioned Christmas holiday would be just the ticket.
Come and stay for a weekend or a month.
Enjoy the peaceful rhythm of rural life. Read, walk, watch, sit, write, paint or just listen; like a miracle, the stress will melt away.

Love History, Wineries and Fine Dining?: Use the cottage as your base and within a 50-mile drive in any direction the history of America will unfold.
Visit the Presidential homes of Jefferson, Monroe, and Madison, area Civil War Battlefields-Brandy Station, Wilderness, Fredericksburg- or quaint villages from another time- Little Washington, Sperryville or historic Culpeper.
How about museums? You will find them in Culpeper, Orange and Fredericksburg.
Wineries and 4-star restaurants abound in Culpeper, Madison, Rappahannock and Orange Counties.
