This unit is 2 blocks to Lake Calhoun and Lake Harriet. Only blocks from downtown Linden Hills which is a very upscale/artsy community of Minneapolis. You can explore great shops and restaurants. The unit itself is large, updated but still has the charm of a 1920's building. It is a 4-plex and this unit is on the main level. 2 bedrooms with comfy gel queen mattresses. Nice large L shaped couch with 50" HDTV and 144 channels. Formal dining room and fully-stocked kitchen. Watch your team win while exploring what Minnesota has to offer.

Fall trip to Minneapolis

Everything you needed was there. Difficulty using the TV (Could not get steelers game). Quiet neighborhood inspite of construction. Lake close and beautiful for walking.

Location, location, location...

First floor unit on the bus route, although we had a rental car and had good street parking in spite of the infrastructure activity all around us. Very comfortable and roomy. We were 3 adults over 70 yrs. old and loved being within easy walking distance to both lakes and wonderful Linden Hills neighborhood. We loved the front enclosed porch and big dining room table. Excellent communication with our host when we needed an ironing board. And the creaky wooden floors were charming!

Great Stay in Minneapolis

The property was clean, warm, lots of towels, and a well stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if it is available when I make my next trip to Minneapolis to visit my family.

Very nice,clean,convenient 2 bedroom apartment.Comfortable beds and well appointed furnishings. This apartment does not have central air conditioning.It has a small air conditioner in each bedroom with a fan in each bedroom to move the air to other areas of the apartment.We rented this apartment after being told central air conditioning would be installed.We only stayed one night and cancelled the remaining 29 days.The temp in MPLS the day we checked was 90 degrees and the A/C was marginal.

Cute and GREAT Location

We stayed at this house with my mother and 1 year old daughter and it was perfect. We could easily walk to Lake Harriet or to the little downtown area where there are cute kids toys shops, bookstores with live animals and great food. Walking around and sightseeing the beautiful homes and parks was great too. At night the baby was asleep so we sat out on the screened in porch and relaxed. 15ish minute scenic drive to downtown Minneapolis. Plenty of towels. My only recommendation would be making the bedrooms a little more cozy and updating the kitchen sink. But we were hardly in the kitchen or bedrooms so I still really enjoyed our stay and plan to return! Thank you Brenda!!!
