Upon entrance to our home, you will be greeted with a wall-to-wall spectacular view of Balsam Lake while standing in the Great Room basking in the breathtaking scenery.

A total of five bedrooms. Maximum occupancy is up to 10.
* The main cottage has two queen and two double size beds.
- The guest/bunkie cottage has one queen and one double-size beds.

* Guests can drive approximately 25 min to beautiful Fenelon Falls and take in the charm of the town. Many restaurants are close to the cottage.
* The use of all watercraft, swimming, and swimming accessories are undertaken at your own risk. The owners of this cottage assume no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the use of any watercraft or swimming in the lake.
* The dock is available from 15th June - 8th. October.
