The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Upon checking out, please LEAVE THE SHEETS ON THE BEDS and start a load of white towels. Empty all trash, empty the refrigerator, and place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the load.
There will be an additional $250 fee if these things are not complete. Thank you for your assistance. This makes checkout run smoothly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. Each guest is permitted two parking passes only. Pets are not permitted.
Please be considerate of our full-time neighbors. We really like them. Sound carries, especially on the balcony and especially after dark.
Traveler initiated cancellation fee at any time is $250.00.

Wonderful

Everything was as described. Cassandra was very easy to reach and communicate with. The condo was spotless and the view was amazing!! The beds were so comfortable and everything was perfect. We can't wait to come back already!

Property was nice, the bed is a little tall or high-up from the floor hard to get into. I did not like a Door ring doorbell, felt like big Brother was watching us all the time. Did not like having to share the pool with the other building. View was great. The twin bed bedroom bed was too close to closet cannot open the closet comfortably.

Perfect Getaway

We had the best vacation at Beach Colony Resort! We especially loved the spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. Short walks to the beach, awesome pools to enjoy, and lots of wonderful restaurants in the area. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo on the 11th floor

The condo was fully stocked with everything you could need. I especially appreciated the beach towels and kitchen towels! We ate most of our meals at the condo and we had plenty of seating between the table and bar. Beautiful views of the gulf and the pool next door.

Amazing views and great location.

We love staying in this area of Perdido. Its away from the bigger crowds, but still plenty to do. We loved this Condo. The balcony was incredible and the kitchen and sitting areas were also great. Cassandra was just so easy to work with from the very start of the process. The next time we are in the area, we are going to try and stay here again.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying in 11D. Very nice and clean, with everything you need! Cassandra is very easy to work with and responds quickly if you have a question. Looking forward to year 3!

Outstanding condo Gulf front

This was a wonderful 3BR 3 BA unit that was spotlessly clean and super well-appointed. The owner had provided everything we could need for a wonderful stay. Owner was super responsive if contact was needed. The Gulf view was amazing both from the living space and the large patio. Would definitely recommend and would return. Thank you!!

Paradise in Perdido Key

From the moment I booked my stay it was amazing. The owner called me personally to ensure that I received my check-in instructions and followed up afterwards. I had issues with the elevator (user error) and she answered immediately. The unit was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The tenants in the building were all amazing as well. My family enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony. I would definitely book this property again.

Beautiful view and condo

This place was way bigger in person. The view from the living room was outstanding. We spent our mornings and evenings out there watching the waves. The host did not leave out any detail even labeling the light switches. Plenty of towels and supplies. The place is much bigger in person. And three full bathrooms was so helpful. The beds were very comfortable as well. I highly recommend jellyfish restaurant and the ice cream shop below. Lillian’s pizza was a hit with everyone as well. We would definitely go back. Thanks for a wonderful family time with grandparents.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in this condo. It was just as described, clean, and the owner is very easy to work with. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware, and the linens are also well stocked. The layout of the condo was perfect for us, being two couples. The master bedroom and bathroom are very spacious, and the second master also has a king size bed and attached bathroom of good size. The master bed is very comfortable, but the mattress in the 2nd master has one side that has started to “dip.” We didn’t use the 3rd bedroom, so I don’t know about the beds, but it is also spacious with attached access to the hallway bath. We all had a very relaxing vacation, which is just what we needed. There are a lot of nice condos out there, but the owner of this unit stands out. She always responded in a timely manner to any of our questions or concerns, especially when we got locked out on the 4th day! A new battery for the locked fixed that right away though. I highly recommended this unit for many reasons, not the least of which are the gorgeous sunset views!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Very spacious, maintained and beautifully decorated. Beds were cozy, bathrooms were luxury and the kitchen and linens were well stocked. Great to have a separate washer and dryer. Balcony is amazing and we enjoyed sitting out there every morning and evening.
