Labor Day Family Vacation

Beautiful clean condo with well stocked kitchen. Great ocean and beach views with easy access to the pools and beach. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for all. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice accommodations and plenty of room. We loved it.

Beach Colony towers is a very nice resort/condos. The property is well maintained. Nice grounds and pool. This was our second stay at this property. Perdido Key is our favorite beach. It's nice to be able to walk toward Johnson Beach where there is no development. Beach Colony is convenient to plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time being together at the beach. The property was so spacious and clean. We were steps from the beach. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen together and time around the table! Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony!

Oasis during COVID-19

While this was Plan C for spring break after trips to Aruba and college were cancelled, it was truly an oasis in the midst of the evolving health crisis. The condo and porch are very spacious, the view of the ocean is phenomenal and the beach and pool provide fun and relaxation just steps from the building.

Totally Awesome! PERFECTION

In a nut shell, this property was absolutely gorgeous! Upwards of 1,700 plus square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and very nice living area, kitchen and dining room. The balcony is huge and oceanfront. The kitchen had every accessory that you would need. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and supper. I would recommend to friends and family and I will definitely stay again!! (We were four in the condo, but it would definitely accommodate 8 people easily.)

Amazing Views!

We traveled with the extended family (mom and dad, My sister and her two teens, and myself). The unit fit us perfectly with three rooms (one for each family) and three bathrooms. It was very clean and beautiful. Everyone had their own bedrooms with TV's when they didn't want to sit in the living room/dinning room area. My favorite part was the balcony where I would sit and watch dolphins jump and play. You could also see the Blue Angels fly and practice from the balcony. The beach was so nice and clean. Great access to Pensacola and Gulf Shores when you wanted to get out for the day. We were able to make food with all the appliances and utensils to save money from eating out all week. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great Condo

Overall we had a great experience. The condo itself was pretty amazing. The elevators needed a little work but its to my understanding they are refurbishing them in August. My only reservations are about the beach. The condo's beach access is adjacent to the public beach, so every day we dealt with overcrowding from public beach goers coming on to the property and setting up directly in front of our rented chairs. I found I had to get up and go down to the beach each morning at about 730 to secure our spot, and even with that, we would still have people come over and set up in front of us - some of them actually sat down and began utilizing our rented chair and umbrella and I had to ask them to move. I noticed this wasnt a problem at the condo next door on the other side of the public access as they had some one posted all day long to prevent people from the public beach attwmpting to set up on their properry.

Fantastic stay!

We had a fabulous vacation at Beach Colony East! Our trip was originally scheduled for March 2020 and due to COVID, we were able to reschedule. The whole team made it very easy to communicate with them prior to our arrival. During our stay they checked in with us via text several times and were very helpful. The beaches were not crowded, the town was very low key. This is a wonderful place for a relaxing family vacation!

Perdido Key condo

We were very happy staying here! There were 8 of us, 6 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and seeing pods of dolphins swim by and also getting a glimpse of the Blue Angels practice. Being right on the beach was great! We had a couple of maintenance issues in the beginning, but they were quick to be fixed. It was an easy drive to Gulf Shores although we spent most of our time in Perdido Key because restaurant waits weren't nearly as long! We love being on the gulf although we had never been to Perdido Key before but would certainly come back! We loved the quiet, relaxing, laid back atmosphere!!

Beautiful beach

The condo was very spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen. The pool was large. It was easy to access the beach from unit- even 10 floors up. We really enjoyed local restaurants and the Naval Museum as well. We loved our stay so much we stayed an extra day!!

Fantastic! Virtually unobstructed breath taking!

Really enjoyed our stay here

I had my family along with my parents and my sister's family stay in this unit. The place was great. The photos don't quite to it justice. Living Room: We were worried about the size of the living room but when we got there we realized it was plenty of room. 6 adults and some kids... no one felt "packed in". TV and Internet were great. Bed Rooms: Master is awesome. Others are exactly what we needed. TV's in each room and a cable box so we had enough places to satisfy everyone's wants for shows. One bedroom as a bathroom outside the room and one has a bathroom in the bedroom. Everything was comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Deck: Loved the curved deck on the back. Great view of the gulf AND since you are on the corner we could see the bay as well. Very cool view from this unit. Tables and chairs were plenty and had a variety of tall, short, swivel or rocking. We've stayed very close to this building the past 5 years and this is our first year to try this one. We all really enjoyed it. We will probably come back again.

Lovely condo with great views

My family enjoyed our (too) brief stay at this property in early May 2017. Although the weather was cool and windy and precluded much time in the water, the views were beautiful. We especially enjoyed not having to fight traffic, the proximity to Pensacola and the NAS (primary purpose of the trip was a change of command ceremony), and nearness of some favorite restaurants. The unit was clean and we noted that the kitchen was one of the best equipped we have ever encountered. All was comfortable and welcoming. As others have noted, there are lots of codes to access different areas--helps to list them all on a phone!
