My family and I had the most amazing vacation yet! The place was clean and they thought of everything. We were wanting for nothing and just had a beautiful relaxing experience. Excursions nearby gave my grandchildren so many of their firsts. First jet ski first fishing first dolphins first wild horses first kite flying body surfing. It was everything my family could ask for thank you so much.

We had a wonderful time at the Tidalist. House was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with plenty of room for hanging out. I always love when beach houses have enough dining seating for the whole family to sit together at meals. Access to the beach was amazing and there were plenty of beach chairs on hand. Thank you!

A beautiful house! Extremely well equipped kitchen and beautiful Panoramic views from the upper decks. We would definitely rebook this house again. The host was very responsive and attentive with a minor incident. I only wish checkout was a little later than 9 am.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host was spectacular. The property was beautiful very clean and the view was beautiful from several balconies. Everything thing was top of the line and in good taste. Having 2 refrigerators and dishwashers was wonderful for my large family. The pool was great with a kiddie pool attached and a hot tub nearby. There was something for everyone one. We just loved it and want to return next year.

The house was just as presented. We had a smaller group (6) so there was plenty of room. Hot tub was perfect and the pool was used quite a bit. Kitchen was perfect for making meals and shopping was very close. Highly recommended.

This beach house is absolutely wonderful, it is perfectly located, so comfortable and has absolutely everything you could need. The house has a great layout for both adults and kids, with lovely communal areas to spend time together and plenty of place for privacy and quiet too. The hosts were so nice and accommodating and very responsive. We hope to go back for another stay soon!

Fantastic OBX Rental

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house was in great shape and was even better than described. Lynn was super accommodating and helped to provide an easy and pain-free rental experience. I would highly recommend this property! Fantastic property and even better owners.

We had a wonderful week at Tidalist! The location right on the beach is ideal and also near so many restaurants and shops. The area is very nice. The house is great! We spent the week enjoying the pool, hot tub, beach and ocean and pool table room. We also love cooking in the kitchen and o the grill. It was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend it!

There’s nothing better than having the beach and ocean right in the back yard! Great house for our family of 10–very spacious and lots of activities for all ages! Lynn was a very communicative host and continuously checking in throughout the week.
