Wonderful house at great location

We had an awesome stay at Vlad's house. We were 6 people and enjoyed every evening together in a very spacy dining room on the ground floor. Hollywood beach is very close (I was running there every day which was amazing). Vlad is a great host. He contacted as well in advance providing all necessary information. We all would love to come to Florida soon and stay at Vlad's house again. Thank you very much for taking care of us!

Deep cleaning needed

This house is nice buts needs a real deep cleaning. Lots of dust and dirt buildup throughout the house. Owner should also consider replacing the carpet. Location is great with great food options. Very spacious and comfortable house.

Wonderful Getaway place for family

The house exceeded our expectations! We came down from New York for a 4 day vacation. We are group of 8 and the house was everything for us. The owner, Vlad, was very polite and friendly . He followed up with us from the time of booking till we returned back home and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much Vlad for everything :) :) :) The house was very spacious and the extension room next to kitchen was perfect place to have breakfast with natural lighting. The home is very short drive away from the airport, beach and shopping areas which was very convenient for us . I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

AWESOME!

This home was literally the epitome of home away from home. The pictures do not do this place justice. So much space. 7 if us stayed here and we barely needed all that house. Enclosed sun room was just what you needed to sit and relax. Upstairs had a deck off of the 4th bedroom with an incredible view of Dania beach.The owner did a great job of keeping his property neat and clean. He provided everything you needed to enjoy your vacation and not have to stress over little things. Clean towels and fresh sheets definitely a plus! He also provided an air matress! The property sits literally 10 mins from the air port and is 2 munites from all major stores. 30 minutes from Miami perfect for getting the most out of your south Florida vacation. Casinos, gun ranges and amazing food all minutes away! Do yourselves a favor and check him out. The owner was very respectful, only came on the first day and gave a tour, answered questions and he was a text away and very helpful! Super sweet guy. Very friendly!
