The Studio 2 is such a comfortable and relaxing place to wind down after exploring our beautiful area. It is above the garage of my home with a side entry. The full kitchen is equipped for your cooking needs. It has a Keurig, coffees, teas, creamers and sugar, cooking oil and spices. Vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan. The bathroom is a good size with a jacuzzi tub/shower. The walk-in closet has an energy efficient washer/dryer with laundry supplies included. Spectrum cable TV with Xumo box that you can sign into your own streaming services or watch many free movies. Located 2 blocks from a major park-Fitchner Mainwaring.

Great spot!

First time adventuring out with our 7 month old puppy. This was such a perfect spot ... nice neighborhood to walk and a short distance to a large park. The suite was very well equipped so we could make and eat most meals there. Thank goodness for a/c as it was dreadfully hot out during our stay! Host was very gracious, responsive, and helpful!

Medford Work Stay

We stayed in the Lotus 2 for 5 weeks while working in Medford. The Lotus suite was perfect for our stay. It had all we needed. Tina was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend for a short or long stay.

We were very happy with our stay here. The property was well-maintained, comfortable and clean. This was one of the most well-stocked rentals we've come across, which makes being away from home much easier and pleasant. The location in Medford was good for us. Gem in Medford

I was so happy with this little gem, and its wonderful owner Tina. I relocated to Medford and stayed here while finding a home. I was pleasantly surprised to find all of the comforts of a large home in this apartment. Full size closet with storage, washer and dryer, amazing kitchen and more! Tina is such a fun host and we found our love of food and cooking in common. She is the best baker ever! Thank you Tina so glad to have met you. Sephora.

Affordable location in Medford

Very comfortable home to enjoy your stay in medford. Everything you need to cook a meal and host supplied wonderful snacks and sodas. You will hear the neighbors talking below you, as well as their TV, and they will hear you as well. But everything else was exceptional. Very comfy bed and well decorated home.

My name is Tina. I have lived in Southern Oregon since 1996. I moved from the Los Angeles area to raise my children here. They are now grown, and my 3rd grandbaby was born recently.
My favorite things to do are to cook, learn new recipes, bargain shop and to travel. My new favorite place to travel is Oceanside where my new grandbabies live.
I really enjoy making people feel comfortable and welcome when they visit. I truly enjoy hosting my guests and making your stay very special. I am available as needed and If you prefer to be left alone then not a problem at all. This is your vacation, and you should have it however you wish.
I wish you all a very special trip whether you stay with me or choose another site.

Why they chose this property

I had my rentals built onto my home in 2010 to have room for family to visit and be comfortable during their stay. I also wanted privacy and separate entrances. I have put my heart and soul into these units to make them beautiful and comfortable.

What makes this property unique

Very easy access to the freeway, many restaurants and stores nearby. 2 blocks away is a beautiful park. This is a very quiet residental neighborhood.
