About this property
5BR Entire Home 🔹 Fenced Yard 🔹 15 Min to YYC 🔹 Perfect for Families & Crews
Stay a night or a week, and live like you're home.
Check in anytime after 4 pm with self check-in and walk into an entire 5-bedroom house that's all yours. No shared spaces. Make coffee in a fully stocked kitchen, let the kids burn off energy in the huge fenced backyard, or settle in after a long workday with room for everyone to spread out. Walk downtown for coffee, cinnamon buns and dinner, then come home to a place where everyone can have a little space without being separated.
Cook a big dinner while everyone hangs out around the large kitchen island. Give the kids, teens, or coworkers their own space in the second living room while others relax elsewhere in the house. With multiple bedrooms and living areas, the layout works just as well for family stays as it does for work rotations and longer crew stays.
Everything close by
Just off Main Street in Old Town Airdrie, the house is close to downtown without feeling busy. Downtown Airdrie is about a 10-12 minute walk, with restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, groceries and pubs nearby.
YYC is about 15 minutes away. CrossIron Mills and Costco are about 10 minutes away, Hwy 2 is only minutes from the house, and Woodside Golf Course is about 2 km away. Airdrie also makes an easy base for Calgary and day trips toward Banff, Red Deer and Drumheller.
The layout
This is a 4-level split with short flights of stairs between levels and no main-floor bedroom. If stairs are difficult for you, this probably isn't the right home. If they're not, the layout gives everyone lots of room to spread out and have some privacy.
Main Floor: A roomy open-concept kitchen, dining and living area with a large kitchen island. Cook dinner while still hanging out with everyone, or relax on the couch at the end of the day.
Upper Floor: The primary bedroom has a king bed, plenty of closet space and a private half bath. Two more bedrooms each have an extra-long single bed, plus a full bathroom with a bathtub.
Third Level: A second living room gives everyone even more room to spread out. There's also a queen bedroom and another full bathroom with a bathtub. The rock fireplace is decorative only.
Lower Level: Another private sleeping area with a queen bed and a single bed. The washer and dryer are down here too, which is handy for longer stays and work crews.
Outside
You’ll have the huge fenced backyard, the large front yard, a back deck and a sunny south-facing front deck. Everything is yours to use except the detached garage.
Making it easy
The driveway fits 3 vehicles comfortably, with additional street parking along the crescent. Fast WiFi and a desk and chair make the house work well for business stays. Fans are provided throughout the house for warmer weather.
With 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2.5 bathrooms and multiple living spaces, the house comfortably sleeps 9 in beds, with room for a 10th guest on the couch. It works especially well for families, work crews and groups who want to stay together without feeling crowded.

This is a very spacious home with a lot of bedrooms and beds. Highly recommended if you have a large party. Everything was clean. I would definitely book this house again if I have a large group of people.
The house is on quiet dead end street. 20mins from YYC and minutes to the highway. We counted 3 Rabbits and met the neighbours cat during our stay. We had a total 5 people over the course of 10 days. MORE than enough space for everyone. Jodi was very quick to respond for getting us checked-in and to advise about the front door lock being a bit finicky, Bedding was clean. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was spotless. We will come back when we head out west in the future.
Great stay in this Airdrie home for the end of Stampede week! Easy 15ish minutes from the airport and good access to the stampede grounds, Banff, and Drumheller. Great setup for a multi-gen family trip with our younger kids and my parents. This was one of the most well stocked homes we have ever stayed in (extra paper towels, toilet paper, dish washer pods, etc). The street was super quiet and near grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee
This place is close to Calgary airport and across the street from groceries. Very clean and quiet, a neighborhood cat came to visit us. Eight of us stayed here easily. Would definitely use this place again.
My family was in town for a wedding. This house was the perfect place for us with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Host was super responsive and very accommodating. Would highly recommend.
Its a great location and walking distance to multiple things or a very short drive. Superstore, tim hortons, brewsters, boston pizza, main street Bbq and multiple others.
Really enjoyed the community feel of Airdie. We walked to dinner, to the parade on Canada Day and to the local park to attend the annual CultureFest. Close to Inglewood, Calgary, etc.
The house is well appointed with everything you need. Nice linens and lots of beds to choose from.
Large fenced yard for making snowmen. We are from Victoria so the snow was a bonus.
We had 8 guests and there was a pillow for everyone, there were 2 couples each with own bedroom and a bed each for the other 4. Lots of room in the house and the house was in a great location to a variety of stores. Thank you
Great location. Comfortable set up. Very big. Only criticism was a little more detail with cleaning. Basicly clean, loved that there was movies, board games, coffee, tea, a selection of basic grocery cooking items. Great large yard. Comfortable furnishings, linens, etc. I would definitely book again
Nice size house. I could live there no problem. Nice neighborhood. My brother used to live 2 blocks away. Needs a faster WIFI - cell and tv signals cut out a lot. It was a great place to have my family meet from across BC and AB.
Great stay. Easy to communicate with the owner of property. If you need anything she promptly is there to deliver. Backyard is a big fenced area. A few things in kitchen could be updated. All in all definitely would stay again. Thanks Jodi.
Great place to stay. We met some friends for the weekend and it was adequate space for both our families. The kitchen was one of the better stocked kitchens I've stayed at for a place like this. We did our own cooking so that was very helpful. There was a few board games so not a lot for very young children to do but we had brought some of our own toys. The remote for the tv was broken. The host was not aware but was on it right away. We still managed to do what we wanted to do. Over all great experience

Not what we thought.. blind some broken and shower barely water, not able use backyard for my dog due gap open on fences, limit trash per week. Smell when come in house. Also bedsheet cover kept coming off. Pillows flat like pancakes… hard for us enjoy due lack of home needs..
Be aware lot of steps..

Thank you for your feedback. We always aim for transparency and honesty, so I'd like to address the points raised:
Blinds: We were unaware of the broken blinds and will address this issue. It seems a few slats have been damaged on the Venetian blinds by previous guests.
Water Pressure: The water pressure issue is due to a temporary area-wide restriction because of a main water line break in the City of Calgary. This has been a large issue for the area, and we hope this explains the inconvenience.
Backyard and Pet Fee: Our fences are vinyl and regularly inspected to ensure they are secure. Unfortunately, we were unaware you were bringing a pet, and therefore the associated fee on your part was not paid.
Smell: The scent mentioned was from the cleaning products used to ensure our home is sanitized and welcoming. I apologize if the smell was not to your liking, but sanitation is important to us.
Bedsheets: The sheets are king-sized for a king-sized bed, a standard we consistently uphold.
General Stocking: Our home is well-equipped, and this is the first time we’ve heard concerns about it being under-stocked. We take pride in providing well for our guests.
We appreciate all feedback and are dedicated to improving our guest experience. Thank you for staying with us and best to you in the future.

The location and the surrounding amenities were great. I felt very safe here. Close to grocery store and restaurants. The condition of the property was needing help. House was large which is great for large group. There was six of us and house could hold more easily. Driving up to the house you could see that it needs painting, trees trimmed (one was 90% dead and other two not much better, and front deck is bare 2 by 4’s. Porch needed at least stained. Front door trim is chipped heavily. I was embarrassed that I was bringing my brother in law and family. The bedding is cheep mismatched Walmart quality. Yard was large but only a few folding chairs. One of a very few homes I would not. Stay at again.

Oh gosh Ines. I am so sorry. I usually get really good reviews on how clean the house is. If you wouldn't mind letting me know specifically what you found dirty I would love to know so we can correct it for the future.

About the host
Hosted by Jodi Tebb
Hi, I'm Jodi. I grew up on a farm just outside Airdrie, and yes, I've lived in this part of Alberta my whole life. It's a great place to be! I rode horses and competed in horse shows until I had to grow up and be an adult. Now I have four beautiful adult children, and we live on a ranch with 300 cows, 10 horses, 2 dogs and 3 outside cats.
I've been hosting for over eight years, and I love giving people a comfortable, easy place to land, whether you're here with family, on a work rotation, or with a group of friends. I manage the house from about an hour away, but I'm always a text away, and my cleaner lives right here in Airdrie and helps with anything hands-on.
There's nothing worse than wasting time figuring something out on a trip, so please ask before or during your stay, and I'll do my best to get you the answer.
Why they chose this property
This is one of those neighbourhoods that just feels good to be in.
Picture it: you turn off busy Main Street onto the crescent, and everything goes quiet. Big mature trees, birdsong, and a couple of neighbourhood rabbits that seem to have claimed the street as their own. It's the kind of place where you exhale the moment you pull in.
I grew up just outside Airdrie and lived in the area most of my life, and this is still one of my favourite parts of town. It's one of the older neighbourhoods, so the lots are huge, the street feels friendly, and there's lots of room to sit out on the decks or enjoy the yard.
You don't give up any convenience for the quiet. You can walk to coffee, restaurants and groceries in about 10-12 minutes, and you're about 5 minutes from Hwy 2, 15 minutes from YYC, and 25 minutes from downtown Calgary. Settle in once, and you won't need to drive for every little thing.
Ask us for our local favourites, and don't leave town without trying the cinnamon buns at Flavours of Montreal.
We also love how open and airy the house feels. Between the big yard, the decks, the quiet street, and the walkable location, you get space without feeling far from anything. By the second morning, it already starts to feel like home.
What makes this property unique
What makes this home different is the space. Five bedrooms, multiple living areas, a huge fenced yard, and no shared spaces. Everyone can stay together without feeling like they're on top of each other.
For families, that means the kids can have their own room to hang out while the adults actually get to relax. For work crews, it means everyone can come home at the end of the day and still have some privacy. Up to 9 guests get a real bed, with room for a 10th on the couch.
Instead of booking several hotel rooms, you get one whole house with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, fast WiFi, a workspace, parking for 3 vehicles and room to actually live while you're here.
The huge, fully fenced backyard is one of our favourite parts. Kids can run, adults can sit out on the deck, and the mature trees bring birds and the occasional neighbourhood rabbit.
Self check-in makes arrival easy anytime after 4 pm, and once you're settled in, you can walk downtown for coffee, dinner or groceries. YYC is about 15 minutes away, and the mountains are close enough for a day trip.
It's a place where the whole group can be together, have their own space, and actually settle in.
