About this property

We are NOT in Panama City Beach as the location says. We are in Inlet Beach in Walton County, just 1/4 mile from the east entrance of 30A and Rosemary Beach. Terri's Beach House is a charming property only 2 short blocks from the sand. You’ll smell the sea AIR. You’ll BE taken back to a more relaxed time. AND you’ll BE amazed at the clear emerald waters. Use the 6 bikes to ride to dinner at some of the now famous restaurants from Rosemary Beach to Seaside - and yes, even in Inlet Beach. Our favorite is Amici. It has great food and it IS CHEAPER than most. Amici is located just 2 blocks west at 30Avenues. Other favorites include La Crema, Edward's, Big Bad Breakfast and Shaka Sushi.

The boardwalk beach access at Orange Street (2 block walk) is one of the only along all of 30A with no stairs. This makes is very easy to tote your toys, chairs and beach gear to the beach. And the beach access point also includes restrooms, showers, and parking for your bikes (and car if you choose). And if your a bit more adventurous, Walton County has installed an artificial reef just 1000 ft offshore. It consists of 95 custom pods designed to provide an attractive habitat for local marine life - for your snorkeling pleasure.

In the summer of 2017 we installed beautiful new floors, painted the entire interior, purchased all new furnishings - including the beds and linens. Terri is a meticulous chef. So the kitchen is well stocked. We provide bikes and beach toys, covered parking for 1 vehicle (parking for a total of 3 vehicles). The double front porches are reminiscent of a simpler time.

We enjoy heading to the beach in the morning with our coffee. In the evenings, it's very similar. But I recommend substituting wine for the coffee.

Cute house

We loved the cuteness and decor of the house and my daughter and her friend really enjoyed the bikes. My only complaint would be the busy road the property sits off of and that you have to cross to get to the beach. There really needs to be a light there. All that being said, we had a lovely time with family and made great memories.

Best Ever Girls Trip!

We had a great stay here for our annual girls beach trip! Steps from the beach and a short walk from Rosemary. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great family vacation

Great home to stay in for our family of five with close proximity to beach. Short walk to the beach and easy to walk or ride bikes to donuts, ice cream or multiple restaurants. Easy to communicate with the owners and get quick responses. Very glad we chose this home for our vacation!!

Excellent location and a beautiful home!

Couldn’t have been easier or the details about and upon arrival any better. Rosemary beach is absolutely wonderful. And the public access at inlet beach is incredibly convenient walk across 98. We all loved it and compared all our other stay & beach visits around the panhandle to this jewel.
