Most Family-Friendly House by 30A with Heated Pool, Free Bikes, Walkable Dining

Welcome to the Sunny Days! This updated house with a seasonally-heated community pool is right across Hwy 98 (now accessible by pedestrian underpass tunnel) from the start of 30A, 0.5 miles to Rosemary, 0.7 mi to the public beach, 0.1 mi to shops/dining at 30Avenue. You'll be so close to the best of 30A without the traffic & noise.

As parents of three young kids, we know what a hassle it is to travel with all of the gear! That's why we provide everything you'll need to ease your travel plans (bikes, pack n' play, stroller, highchair, etc - see details below.)

At nearly 1,800 square feet this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house has plenty of space for your family to spread out, sleep up to 8 people, and enjoy that vacation life. We have a large dining area that can sit 8 plus additional bar seating so your group can all eat together comfortably. The house is situated just around the corner from a wonderful, seasonally heated community pool. (See more details about heated pool below.)

ABOUT THE LOCATION:
- The beauty of the location here is that you're just a short walk or bike ride away from Rosemary Beach town square and all of 30A, but you don't have to battle traffic and all of the noise associated with it.
- When on foot or bike, you can now cross Hwy 98 in an safe, underground, pedestrian-only underpass tunnel (no cars to deal with)
- There is a open, public beach access (with no steps, just a ramp) across Hwy 98 at S. Orange St with free parking & bathrooms about 1 mile away if you'd prefer to drive. If you prefer to bike or walk, the nearest fully public beach access is located off Wall St. about 0.6 miles away with plenty of bike parking.
-The 30Avenue shopping center is literally located behind our house (about a 2 minute walk). You'll find high-end shopping there, 5+ delicious restaurants, ice cream shop, arcade and more!
-A new Publix grocery store is just a two minute drive away in Watersound Orgins with many new restaurants and amenities going in there as well.

ROOM SETUP:
- Master bedroom: King bed, (2) pack & play cribs in air conditioned walk-in closet, with ensuite bathroom.
- Queen room: Queen bed with attached jack & jill bathroom.
- Bunk Room: Queen bed, lofted twin, extra floor twin with attached jack & jill bathroom.

AMENTITY HIGHLIGHTS:
- 2 cruiser bikes with 1 kid bike trailer and 1 cargo trailer.
- The garage is filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, buckets, shovels, etc.
- Each bedroom has a memory foam mattresses, blackout curtains, white noise machines, and ceiling fans for optimal sleeping conditions.
- The house is wired with fiber internet and we have whole-home wifi so every room gets fast, solid wifi. There is also a desk in the queen room if you need to work remotely.
- Starter quantities of cleaning/toiletry items are provided: dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper trash bags, hand soap, bars of soap, and shampoo/conditioner.
- The kitchen is well-appointed including a convection toaster oven/air fryer combo, a 12 cup coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee maker.

- The living room TV downstairs is a 65" TV with 5.1 surround sound; perfect for a movie night.
- The bunk room features a 100" pull-down projector screen and projector.
- You can even enjoy streaming your favorite show from the master bathtub!
- You'll also find board games, toys, and books for the whole family to explore.
- We have a fenced in backyard area with yard games, and an enclosed area for your family to run around!

COMMUNITY POOL HEATING SCHEDULE:
- Our neighborhood has recently installed a new pool heater for the beautiful, large community pool!

- The neighborhood association has planned to heat the pool during these dates:
*March 2 to April 30, 2026
*October 2 to November 2, 2026
*November 23 to November 30, 2026
*December 21 to January 5, 2027

- The heating schedule is subject to change due to weather variability and we are unable to guarantee specific temperatures or availability as it is managed by the neighborhood association.

THE TEAM:
- We own the house and manage all booking details leading up to your arrival. From there we work closely to create a seamless guest experience with our accessible, local on-the-ground team.

SECURITY:
- Please note there is a Ring doorbell camera in the front of the house that does not record audio and is only used to verify guests successfully check-in.

Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 10am.

Minimum age of 25 required for the primary booking contact. A rental agreement will be required to be e-signed with your booking.

****Note: During peak Summer season (June-July), a 7 day minimum is typically required and check-in's are on Saturdays so make sure to start your in-season booking request on a Saturday in order to see full availability.****

If you have any questions or want to see if we can change date minimums/check-in dates depending on your situation, feel free to reach out and we'll see if we can work something out!

Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Typically your best bet will be flying Southwest airlines into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport which is a 30 minute drive to the house. Southwest will also fly in to VPS (Destin airport) which is a little over a 1 hour drive.

Amazing family beach trip

Our stay here was fantastic! Everything in the house was wonderful and set up as described. We had three kids under 5 with us and we had everything we needed. Perfect for families

Where do I begin? From the booking process to checking out the owners were so helpful with every little detail! letting us know what areas to check out, beaches, and restaurants to visit. But it’s the house that blew us away! Anything you could possibly need for a family with children they had! It was also very clean and tidy and kitchen was fully stocked. The distance from the beach was about a 3 min drive. It was close enough to all the attractions in Rosemary but also enough distance away from all the tourists. We had a wonderful time there!

Excellent Property

If you are looking for a beach house to stay at with kids, I could not recommend this place enough. From the cleanliness, the baby gates, the sound machines, the games in the house, this house has it all. The rooms are big and spacious. It’s also just a short 3 minutes drive to the beach or you can bike to the beach. 30Avenues across the street also provides some great restaurants and live music for the family. Communication with the owners throughout the stay was top notch. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great place to stay.

Great place to stay!

My family and I stayed for 4 nights and loved it. Communication with the owner was great, checkin process was easy, and the beach equipment was handy to have. This house is geared up for children so it was nice to not have to pack as many items. We would typically go to the Inlet Beach access. It is a short bike ride away. (We just used their bikes and trailers) Restaurants are close by, quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Easy check out. We would definitely stay again.

This is the one you want!

June 21-28, 2005 - This was the second time we have stayed at this amazing house! It is just perfect for our family. If we lived closer, we would stay here all the time. The owners provide nightlights, dinnerware for the kids, little toilet seat attachments for little ones still potty training, toys, books, games, baby gates on the stairs, beach and pool toys, and anything else you could think of for kiddos! The furniture and beds are so comfy, and the blackout curtains are priceless for helping little ones (and adults) to sleep in a bit. It is just a couple minutes drive to the most beautiful beach, where there's plenty of free parking, and you can rent an umbrella and chairs. The pool is just across the street, and one day we had it all to ourselves! This house is the perfect home base for going on adventures to MB Miller County Pier, St. Andrews State Park, and going on an airboat ride with SwampVette. Our family also enjoyed going out to eat at Pineapple Willy's and Margaritaville. We can't wait to come back to stay at Sunny Days!

This house was everything!

From beginning to end Joel was amazing! The house was the most adorable house with everything that we needed, from the toddler seat and step stools to the bikes and all beach accessories we needed, this house was the absolute best for our first 30A experience. My only request would be lights for the bikes, since we could not keep from riding them :) we used our phone flashlights. The only thing that would have made this house better was sitting it right on the beach. Could not be more grateful for Joel and his family for creating the best atmosphere for my family.

Easiest Family Vacation Ever

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the sunny days house. This was our first time to visit 30A and we loved this house's location to beach access at Inlet Beach and how close it was to Rosemary Beach (without a Rosemary price tag!) The 30Avenue shopping center behind the house was convenient and offered great food options too. Beyond the location though, the house was just as portrayed in the photos (if not better). All of the built-in features for young families were so welcomed since we have a 4 year old and 1 year old. Not having to bring our own stroller, pack & play, high chair, and gates for the stairs saved so much hassle. We loved being able to ride down to the beach in the provided bikes and kid bike trailer, and this easily saved us $150+ vs having to rent them. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare a special meal, and we made good use of the gas grill on the patio. We did have a little rain show up while we visited, so having the projector screen TV in our son's room was a fun way to pass some time inside as he watched his favorite show on the big screen. It was helpful that all of the TV's were smart ones too so we could easily access Netflix. The owners (Joel & Mary) were pleasant to work with and great communicators. The guestbook they put together answered any questions we had about the house and the area and was super helpful. Overall, great house/hosts/stay and we will definitely come back here again in the future.

Awesome Vacation Home

This is the best vacation rental we’ve ever had! The home is very nicely furnished, equipped, and clean with pretty much everything you need for a family vacation. The beds are all very comfortable and the master suite is super relaxing. The location of the house is perfect! A great, clean, safe little neighborhood with a private pool for the community. We visited near a holiday week, the often were the only people at the pool, which is located just a few houses from this home. We walked to the pool multiple times per day with small children. I personally loved that the neighborhood is so quiet and serene and is also in such close proximity to Rosemary…you basically can get the 30A experience without having to listen to the crowds or worry about your kids’ safety outside. Short drive (or bike) to Inlet Beach. Even when we have stayed in Rosemary/Seacrest, we typically drive to Inlet due to the large crowds at the private beaches nowadays. We will definitely stay here again and very strongly recommend!

Fun family vacation

We brought our 3 kids (6 & under) and had the best time! We loved the bikes and the carrier/trailer! It was so convenient for the beach and nearby restaurants that we didn’t even need our car. They have thought of everything you need for your family and it made us feel at home without bringing extra stuff from home. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the large projection screen a lot! The nearby restaurants and shopping were ideal for us so that we could just walk and grab breakfast or dinner quickly! We would definitely stay here again…hopefully soon!

Perfection for Families

The property was amazing for our family of seven. With five kids, it can be hard to pack everything that every child needs. No need to pack noise machines, beach supplies, pool supplies, high chairs or pack n plays. Every thing is already at the house. All items in the house are clearly labeled and easy to use. The location is great and really close to multiple beaches. We could walk to 30A for food and fun or take a less than 15 minute drive to any other areas we wanted to explore. There were games for the kids in the backyard. The pool was literally around the corner, and pool toys were available in the garage. Staying here made traveling with kids super easy. We loved staying at this property!

Beautiful week at the Beach

This property was perfect, if your have young children look no further. The house had everything you need the neighborhood is nice and the pool is great shopping and restaurants very close you can walk. All the bedrooms are great sized with beautiful linens and nice bathrooms, the kitchen is fully stocked from pots and pans to many spices. The deck is lovely with a nice grill. This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in due to the amenities inside the house. They had multiple baby monitors, books, toys, and pack and plays for toddlers/babies. Amazing family friendly vacation rental.

We have three children, ages 8, 6 and 21 months. This house was very family friendly and had everything we needed, which made air travel very easy. The house was very clean upon arrival. It’s a very easy and quick drive to the beach, with free parking and ramp access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Communication was very easy with owners.
