Blue Mar is a newly refreshed family beach home featuring a calming coastal palette, located in Inlet Beach. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa.

The first floor is the main living area, highlighted by an extra large and extra comfortable sectional framing a large TV, perfect for movie nights. This entertainment space opens to the dining area and kitchen, making it easy for everyone to stay connected while cooking, dining, or relaxing.

The kitchen offers plenty of counter space to keep the chef in your group happy, with room for multiple people to prepare meals or beach snacks. A water filtration system lets you fill reusable bottles straight from the tap.

Step out onto the back patio for conversation and cocktails while enjoying the fresh coastal air. Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms each include TVs and ample storage, giving everyone space to spread out, relax, and enjoy privacy when needed.

2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV. Jack and Jill Bathroom with Bedroom 2.

Beach Access:
The area’s largest public beach access with plenty of parking, plus restrooms and showers is a 3-minute drive (or 10 minutes walking). The pedestrian walkway that will go under Highway 98 is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed later in 2022.

Head down Grayling Way turning right on Orange Street. Take this road across 98 and down until you hit your beach access.

Inlet Beach & The 30A Area
The shops and dining of 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach are each less than a mile away. Grab a famous 30A breakfast at The Donut Hole. Enjoy lunch at Goatfeather's 30Avenue. Dinner? So many choices between Shades, Amici's, and more! Less than 1.5 miles away is Camp St. Helen State Park. The park is a great fishing spot and has numerous nature trails for hiking. Head to the beach for swimming or kayaking. Only 10 miles away in Panama City Beach is Pier Park Mall – with over 125 stores & restaurants, and an IMAX theatre. Russell-Fields Pier goes 1500 feet out into the Gulf for walking or fishing. If golf is your game, there are 5 public courses within a 30-minute drive.

Your stay at Blue Mar comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and an initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen, this includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom, it includes 1 roll of toilet paper, and 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels, you will receive 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Very nice home had all you need for a comfortable

Very nice home, heating system was hard to figure out as was the television stations,no local stations could be found. Very clean and neat,had everything you need but you will need to bring extra bath towels and wash cloths.

Check in process was a mess. Was given the wrong door code, Benchmark buzzed us in, and there were issues getting a working code. But after that everything went well. Location is great for an easy walk to restaurants and beach.

I called and spoke with a representative who remotely changed the code and I was able to get in. The representative was easy to get in touch with and very quickly remedied the problem. The house was spacious for our group of 8 and was near the beach access. We decided to drive to the beach instead of walking because we did not want to have five kids crossing a very busy highway to get there. The house had beach gear that we were not expecting which meant we did not have to rent items. I would definitely rent from Benchmark again.

Had 2 maintenance people there within the 3 days we stayed. Not ok or fair and you did nothing to show you care and no response when asked for a partial refund for the huge inconvenience!

Very quiet, charming neighborhood with similar homes. Loved the beach so close. Plenty of parking at the beach. bathrooms, outside showers, walkway, umbrellas and chairs for rent (the umbrellas are put up for you). Charming town Rosemary Beach with plenty of shopping and places to eat. There is a food market walking distance from the property with fresh seafood, prepared dishes, wine, cheese, all that we needed.!! We absolutely loved this place. The management was very responsive. We will be back again soon !

Great experience

The property was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, appliances and cookware. The only downside was that it had a regular coffee maker instead of a Kuerig and there were no coffee filters. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Very nice master suite with a large walk-in closet. Beach access was very close and convenient. Very close to 30A with tons of shopping areas and restaurants all along the way. We did have an issue with the shower water not turning off. I called the maintenance number and within 15 minutes someone was there to fix the problem. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this unit.

Quiet but close to 30A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable house that is easy walking distance to the beach. Three bedrooms are upstairs-two share a bath but each has its own sink. Plenty of towels. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen has beautiful glassware and is ready for cooking. The full sized fridge holds lots of leftovers and drinks. There is an ice maker and water filter built in as Florida water tastes a little off to those from far away. We had io call the management company a few times on issues and they responded promptly. I would suggest you call them directly rather than use the app to provide you with fastest service. The walk to the beach is across a very busy road (98?) and it is not something to do lightly-there is a cross walk but no lights or coordinated traffic lights. There are plenty of outdoor chairs, beach toys and even a wagon for all your beach stuff. Really beautiful and convenient to 30A -Rosemary is less than 5 minutes.

To begin I needed to postpone the trip due to the cancellation of our softball tournament. I realized the funds would not be refunded; however, I immediately reached out to offer what I felt was a fair solution. I requested a "postponement credit" so I could reschedule at a different time. I had booked 3 days for the tournament stay; I would have rebooked for a week in the future with my wife. When I called Benchmark, they said they would contact the owner. I started this process about 10 days before the trip. I called daily. They said owner did not respond. I expressed the urgency & concern. I never got a call back. One of the other players I was sharing with decided to go so at least we would not waste the pre-paid funds. My friend & his wife arrived in the pouring rain; (6pm) The code did not work upon check in. My friend had dinner reservations and had to leave. I was assured the code was fixed. My friend got back a little after 10pm & the still did not work! He & his wife were not happy! Benchmark did not seem to care & I fail to see how a code did not work. It was after 11pm before they got in after driving 8 hours! Given this, and the "no response" to my initial inquiry I am requesting a call back and compensation for a day lost at the very least. I have a stellar history with VRBO and this was a horrible experience. Please advise how you intend to move forward. I feel like my concerns, and the code situation were pushed aside because we had already paid. Thanks

While your booking was within the non-refundable period, we went above and beyond by reaching out to the property owner to explore an exception as a courtesy, not as a guarantee. We understand this was disappointing, and we genuinely tried to assist within the constraints of our policies. It was a pleasure speaking with you over the phone. Inlet Beach Family Reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented the Blue Mar home for one week, for a family reunion at Inlet / Rosemary Beach. Overall we were satisfied with the home condition and location. It's a short walk to delicious dining options at 30A Ice House, Ghost Crab Pizza and The Donut Hole (our favorite!). A short 10-12 minute walk or 5 minute golf cart ride will bring you directly to Inlet Beach access. For those that wish to venture to Rosemary or Alys Beach it's recommended to do that earlier in the day to secure parking. It's approximately five minute drive. The WiFi worked great, but there is no live TV unless you have streaming service login such as Sling or YouTube TV. This was an unfortunate discovery as we were in the home during the 2024 Paris Olympics :/. The kitchen sink had a leak and was not able to be fixed while we were in the house so were constantly having to change out towels under the sink to keep it from seeping onto the kitchen floor. The windows were also left very streaky from the previous tenant/cleaning crew so the attention to detail could have been a little tighter. The other item that was a disappointment was that only two of the rooms have usable closet space, the other had the closet locked so those guests had to get creative and hang clothes elsewhere around the house. Overall, it was a comfortable home and there are no major gripes -- but it felt more like staying at a friend's home versus a beach getaway for the price paid.
