Genuine 450 year old colonial house for rent in the centre of Antigua, Guatemala that is 4 blocks from Central Park. It has a spectacular view of the Volcano Agua, a swimming pool, 4 bedrooms each with complete private bathroom, shower and bathtubs. Two of the bedrooms have second floor mezzanines with circular staircases for more bedroom space if needed. All the bedrooms have queen size beds and the mezzanines have single beds.
From the second floor outside patio the spectacular view can be seen of the towns going up the volcano and the view of the volcano itself.
The house has a typical colonial internal garden area around the pool and a sauna plus one internal garage spot for one vehicle; a large living and dining room area and a new modern kitchen has just been recently installed.
Within the price of the rental includes maid service for the cooking of breakfast and lunch only, (food must be provided by renter(s)), and daily cleaning of the rooms. Other services can be included but would need to be agreed upon first.
Note: due to the open swimming pool this house is not suitable for young children!
