Recently Renovated! Be our guest at your home away from home. Enjoy the convenience of a 9 minute drive from DFW airport, 15 minutes to a Cowboys or Rangers game, 22 minutes to downtown Dallas, and 21 minutes to downtown Fort Worth!

Explore all of DFW from 1 location!

You will have the GUEST HOUSE all to yourself! There are 2 queen beds.
There are extra blankets & sheets in the closet.

The guest House is located in the back which has 2 access points through the back yard. You can come and go with complete privacy. There is a washer and dryer accessible to you and a full kitchen. Please enjoy any of the toiletries as well as anything in the kitchen!

The neighborhood is pretty quiet and family oriented! Neighbors are kind and approachable and the atmosphere is laidback and low key!

Highly recommend!

I stayed here while I was at a week long training. The family was so accommodating and pleasant. If you have children, I highly recommend staying here. I will book this house again for future stays.

Absolutely AMAZING!!

The entire process went great, the reservation, check in, the stay, and check out. The communication was great, they get back with you very quick. I had my younger son with me, the back yard was amazing fro children of ALL ages. The BNB was very clean, and private. Very friendly host I will be back and would recommend this bnb to anyone!! Thank you very much for the amazing stay.

Wonderful!

Just as advertised with beautiful, custom touches inside and a fun, fresh haven outside that’s just incredible! The guest house is small but thoughtfully laid out to be spacious and functional. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedding was super comfy, and the shower is luxurious. I also really appreciated the desk and washer/dryer for my use. Haley and Edwin are super friendly, and the location was very conveniently located. It’s a wonderful stay at a great value.

AWESOME Place!

Best I can summarize is We Will be repeat guest! Owner was spectacular! Went above and beyond to make a totally awesome stay! Location is great, easy to get around. Super clean and exactly how pictures indicate.... even for my OCD. Went for a girls weekend for my daughter's 18th birthday and Swift concert. Owner helped make everything extra special for her birthday. Just can't say enough nice things, truly a gem and one of the kindness people I've ever met! Thank you for everything!

Technical Issues

The guest house was adequate in space and provided all the amenities needed. The unit is loud at night when trying to sleep due to the fridge running, the small ac/heating unit, and local traffic. The t.v. was problematic regarding signal and picture coming in and out. There was also the issue of the unit is bright at night. This is caused by the lights from outside and the light from the ac/heater. Plus the WIFI was not that strong. The fan also did not work. These are small issues but added up. I was in town for a Ph.D. residency and literally went from the unit to the conference and back. It was essentially the only place I was planning to work but due to these issues, I had to complete my work at the conference hastily.

The guest house was wonderful. The host was wonderful. The yard and play area for kids is simply amazing! If I had 1 tiny change I would recommend a second safety rail on top bunk. I was afraid of missing the narrow steps coming down, in the dark especially. But thats just me. We would definitely love to come back!!!! A

Awesome Stay!

We loved this place! Very clean and everything you could possibly need. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable and felt right at home. The hosts are so nice and responded immediately to any questions or issues we had. We were able to use their pool anytime, which was wonderful. Thank you Haley and Edwin for a wonderful month

Absolutely loved

This place is perfect! My kids loved it and loved spending time with the owners children as well as all the backyard fun! I enjoyed being close to my kids and them not running off to their rooms to “escape” lol My 12 year old said he’d love to have a place like that for his family lolThe property owner is so sweet and make you feel like family/friends! Definitely will keep this property as a will return.

Work Trip
