This two bedroom, 1.5 bath, home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just one mile from Bethany Beach. A well stocked kitchen with both indoor and outdoor eating areas. Grill is located on the back porch. This is a perfect getaway for that long awaited retreat! The living area is equipped with a flat screen TV and a selection of movies. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and half bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a full bathroom shared by the two bedrooms. Tastefully decorated home with a fresh modern feel. The owner provides beach chairs and beach toys for guests to use.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towel sets for each guest.
**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
