The Space:

Escape to a fantastic east coast getaway on the shores of Delaware, where you'll experience a vacation unlike any other in this newly renovated condo, walkable to the beach, restaurants, shops, and a world-class tennis facility. Spend your days on the white sandy beaches with your toes in the sand or collecting shells.



Upon entry, you'll meet a bright interior flooded with natural light. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or sharing home-cooked meals at the dining table. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available for remote work if you need to stay connected. Invigorate yourself in the oversized walk-in shower at the start of the day to ensure you're ready for ocean-side fun. For convenience, a sofa bed is provided to ensure everyone has enough room.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

The room overall was great! My only 2 gripes are the living room couch was a little on the narrow/small side, and the pillows were very flat, even using 2 stacked on top of each other.

We really liked this rental. It was the right size for us (family of three) and had the things we needed for a comfortable stay. It would be even more perfect for a couple, with room to host friends/family for drinks or dinner outside on the private patio. We will try to rent this one again.

Great Location!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the pool and several great local restaurants. The deck was one of our favorite spots, with plenty of space to dine or just relax and enjoy the sun. The Vacasa manager and staff were all incredibly nice and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We stay here to celebrate a birthday and play tennis at Sea Colony. We loved everything about this place: the location (walking distance to the shops and restaurants); the condition ( newly renovated and beautiful) and the tennis/pickleball courts. We will be back!

Great Stay/Great location

We just stayed at 4301 Tiebreaker Ct and had a wonderful stay. The unit was renovated and nicely decorated. The location was great. Close to the pool and close to the Marketplace. Our only complaint was there are no blinds on the bedroom windows and the TV is in a weird spot. Overall we would stay here again.

Great Bethany hideaway

Recently stayed on Sea Colonys property which exceeded expectations. Having full access to the facilities as well as a stellar home to unplug and relax after the day was an amazing experience. Being within walking distance of the beach as well as local restaurants, made this property go from great to amazing. We will certainly be re-booking with the sea colony resort for all our future Bethany Beach vacations. Thanks to the homeowner as well as the Sea Colony staff!!!

Nice beach getaway

This place was clean and great for a nice little getaway for my fiancé and I. I appreciate the amenities at Sea Colony. I can see feedback from other posts was implemented - there was new deck furniture! My only complaint is that the front door and bedroom need curtains to block out the street lights and sun.

Very nice but needs refreshing.

The room is as pictured, pretty and calming decor. There’s definitely a need for refreshing - the outdoor furniture was covered in mold and the towels and bedding were stained. The bed and pillows are very cheap feeling. Overall the facility is very nice and quiet and would be great with some replacing of tired items.
