This was a last minute decision on going to Isle of Palms, but I am so glad I lucked up with this property. The bed was super comfy. I walked everywhere for food and entertainment. The private pier was amazing - I got some beautiful photos of sunrise. The shower water pressure was fantastic. And being a single woman - alone - I felt very safe. I had an amazing time. I spent the most time just hanging out on the balcony. Thank you Andy for all you helped me with - super great host!! I will definitely come back!!

Perfect Isle of Palms condo

Mini Moon

Perfect location!

We loved the location of this property. We were a couple minutes from the pool and beach and very close to many restaurants. It was so nice to be able to walk to get coffee in the morning and to have so many options within walking distance for dinner. We will return!

Great spot for family of four on the Isle of Palms

Great location right off the highway after you hit the island. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Very short drive into Charleston. Beautiful beach and great beach access. Tight quarters in the condo, but very nice amenities. Had a great time.

Very clean, comfortable accommodations, and everything you need so for a great trip!

Walked in and found rental to be better then pictures! Smelled clean and had the little things like soap, seasoning, and enough supplies to allow us to start our vacation and save a little money. Our group had a great time and will definitely look Andy's Shipp's cabin up again.

Great condo, great location

This was perfect for me and my wife. I had some business in the area and she visited with family. Nice ocean view and plenty of room for us. Walked to Luke ‘N Ollie’s for a pizza. Perfect little spot for a beach getaway.

Cute little condo, bathroom was new. Had everything that you need to cook, go on the beach, and relax. Close to beach, private entrance to beach and pier. Pool was nice and close to condo.

3 things made this unit stand out from the many others i have rented in this complex: full twin sized bunk beds in hall; walk in shower instead of tub; tall chairs that allow you to see over railing on porch.

Great location and easy beach access

The unit is in a complex and this one is bottom floor making easy access to the beach, albeit maybe not the ocean views if that’s what you are after. Personally we liked the access and ease of getting in and out. Great communication with the property manager and super easy check in. All in all a 5 star star!

The fishing pier gave a good view of the ocean and beach without getting sand on my feet or sandals every time I went for a walk. Foot height and full height showers located just on the condo side of the dunes and foot washer at the stairway to the condo helped to keep our condo clean. I liked that we were on the beach and just minutes away from the inland hospital, a Walmart and other large stores.

We always supply extra soaps, paper products and trash bags and if for any reason it's not there, there is a number to call for housekeeping. We don't typically supply shampoos & conditioners because this tends to be a personal preference item but we may consider it as a convenience for those who don't bring it.

We had an ocean view but ours was from the side. We could only see just above the dune that protects things from the ocean when it gets angry. We already knew this from the pictures and the listing. The condo was just what my wife and I needed for a week of sand, relaxation and getaway. Short drive to Charleston and that’s one beautiful city. Lots of really good seafood restaurants close and within walking distance. Host answered all of our questions before arrival. Very easy check in and check out.

Amazing location!!!

You cannot beat the location of this property! The convenience to the beach was so handy. So many great restaurants and bars (some with live music!) within a very short walk. The beds (only used the main bedroom and the lower twin) were very comfortable with plenty of nice pillows and towels. We were thrilled there were beach chairs (backpack style) to use on the beach. Lots of great storage for our clothing and toiletries. LOVED sitting on the balcony! Property manager was very responsive with answers to questions.
