This is a two bedroom suite which has king beds in each bedroom. One bedroom has a jetted tub and walk in shower and other bedroom has large walk in shower. Separating the 2 bedrooms is a large family room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished. The balcony has awesome views of the ocean and/ or pool area and a large cooling tub. Each bedroom has a trundle bed that sleeps 1-2 more people and the family room has 2 additional trundle beds of the same size.
This resort has so many things to offer and we hope you have as much fun there as we do!
The Grand Mayan accepts reservations for ONLY a 7 night stay. (If you want to stay longer, it would need to be for another 7 nights)

Our room overlooked the jungle inland & I thought it would overlook the pool & beach like the photos. Room was clean & nice. Maids cleaned well everyday & did clean sheets, towels & even swept under the bed. Transportation was a little difficult to understand, there was a learning curve & it was a bit time consuming switching stations & waiting, giving us a bit of the bad part of a Disney experience. Also, check-in took 2 hrs, with dropping us at a distant location & pitching us a timeshare before we could ride a shuttle to our hotel towers, when they should have used the time to explain transportation & resort amenities. We enjoyed the golf, especially the Mexican Open course, but tennis was very difficult to get to which was a bummer since we all love tennis & also there were only 2 courts that got booked up for days.
