The town and being lakefront was ideal for us since we brought kayaks. The house is completely stocked with everything you could need. The sunsets were beautiful! Michael responded promptly with any questions we had.

The host, Mike, was very responsive to any communication. The camp sits on a beautiful location overlooking Lake Champlain and the St Albans Bay—beautiful, quiet sunrises and sunsets.

Great Location -- Would Stay Again

The property is exactly as advertised. The lake bottom is rocky, but the water is very clear. Tevas or swim shoes solve the problem. Great paddleboarding and swimming. I stayed ten days but could have easily stayed longer. One suggestion: the living room furniture could be replaced with something more comfortable -- with relaxation in mind (sectional or recliner -- anything confy). All in all, great stay, great lake, great sunsets!

The host was communicative and receptive. The lake view is beautiful. The property is easy to access. The kitchen is well stocked (silverware, pots and pans). There is a step up from the entry way to the main part of the house and a step down to the kitchen which can be problematic if you have mobility issues. Furniture could use refreshing though it is comfortable enough. The bedrooms are small.Easy drive to Saint Albans and Canada, I’d stay at this property again.

We loved our stay. Great location, it’s close to Saint Albans City, where we frequented a few restaurants and to the Hero islands and Green Mountains. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean. We especially enjoyed the view and watching the sunsets. Mike is a great host.

Nice beach front

Cottage was clean and well stocked. Owner who lives next door is really nice and accommodating. Cottage could use some updating. They have only owed for two years so maybe in time. Stairs lead down to a nice little beach with perfect sunsets.

Sunsets, breezes and 72 degree water

Accurate description of property..although you do need some kind of swim shoes because of the rocky beach/lake bottom. The staircase to the lake is steep and the railing on both sides helps. The owner is very responsive and answered our calls.

Charming and relaxing lakefront property

We rented this property for a week to simply relax and decompress bye the lake. It was everything we expected. It’s a small camp located on lake Champlain with a nice little yard and a great beach. The property is extremely clean and has everything you need including pots, pans, plates etc etc. it has a great little deck to sit on and watch the sunrise and set. The beach was great to just sit and relax or catch some rays. The owner was quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues we had. Overall I was very satisfied with our stay and would certainly come again and recommend to friends.

The camp is very clean and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer. The setting is beautiful! Town is nearby and there are fresh vegetable stands close to the camp. We had a great time!
