The house is situated in a super location – a short stroll to restaurants, shops, groceries and the Avon Pier, but set off the main road and away from any hint of hustle or bustle. Plus, you’re only a couple of houses from the beach! Your family will love the quiet and convenience.
Enter the home from the carport with an all-weather dry entry. The first level has four bedrooms, two baths and convenient laundry area. The two queen bedrooms have sliders that open to a shaded ocean side deck. Upstairs, the open great room features ocean views, vaulted ceilings, and a convenient bath with Jacuzzi tub. The screened porch off the dining area is great for traditional Hatteras crab feasts and steamer pots. Relax on the deck and enjoy views that include the Avon Pier and a peek at the sound.
