There's also a convenient full bath, a bedroom with two singles, and king master bedroom with TV/DVD on this level. Head upstairs, and take your pick of 4 comfy bedrooms. There's a king bedroom and bedroom with 2 pyramid bunks that share a full bath, and two additional king bedrooms that share another full bath. Upstairs, you'll find one more accommodating bedroom, a king master bedroom with TV/DVD. Indulge in ocean to sound views from the top level great room with plenty of room to relax in the living area, ample seating in the dining area, and step-outside-the-sliders access to both sound and ocean facing sun decks. With the beach and sound just a quick stroll away, you'll agree that a stay at this vacation home SHORE BEATS WORKIN'.

Family vacation

This property is large and a great value. It needs to be updated, but it worked well for our family. The beach was gorgeous! We would go back- especially to make up for having to be evacuated and leave early :(

Home Shared with local wildlife

Much of this properties soffit has blown off of the roof, and many different species of bird have taken up residence in the roof. They coo, and chirp all day, and run around the roof line at night-which made sleep nearly impossible. Many of the boards on the upper back deck are in need of replacement before there is a liability concern. Kitchen pretty well equipped. Headboards aren’t attached well, so if you finally get to sleep after the birds do-if someone rolls over you are awake again... The location was great, with both sound and ocean views. House is in need of serious updating, but served it’s purpose for the week. The pool was very clean, unfortunately it was too chilly to use it-but the hot tub was great!

Dissatisfied

Sun went down- roaches came out! All pots and pans were so old and worn couldn’t use because the outer layer was chipping off in our food! Couch was disgusting- shower door was broken- beds were so wobbly couldn’t move they were so uncomfortable- no propane in grill to use- baby pool had a hole in it- refrigerator froze all our food first day at moderate temperature- blinds were broken in every room- fell off hinge when trying to pull them up- every restaurant was closed most of the week due to no workers as well. Overall it was quite a disappointment.
