The bottom level access leads to a queen master bedroom with private bath and access to the private swimming pool with Tiki bar and bubbly 7 person hot tub. The mid-level is home to four more bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are masters (a king and a queen) with private baths, one is a queen bedroom with semi-private bath and the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The washer/dryer is conveniently located on this level.

The top level great room is impressive with high, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, spacious kitchen with updated appliances and large breakfast bar featuring vegetable sink and bar seating for 6, and dining table with sliders to the deck on either side. Gather around the large flat screen TV and DVD player with streaming NetFlix movies for evening entertainment or step up to the loft area game room with foosball table, lounge seating and flat screen TV/DVD.

Enjoy the top level wrap-around deck with new composite seating and both ocean and sound views. Altogether, there are three levels of decks with seating and lovely water views.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
