The tub/shower room also has a door from the hall. There are two more bedrooms, a king and a bunk room that share a full bath between them. The deck on this level is home to the dreamy hot tub in which you are almost guaranteed a PEACEFUL EASY FEELING. The great room envelopes you in blue sky and blue water views through the windows that wrap around the room and reach from floor to cathedral ceiling. Comfortable seating surrounds the large, flat screen TV and two dining tables seat the entire group at mealtime. The kitchen is spacious providing room for more than one cook. Sliders lead to the wraparound deck providing morning and afternoon sunbathing or for gazing at the billion stars all around. Step up to the game room loft to find a couple of seating areas in front of a flat screen TV with a pool table and foosball table for some indoor fun. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
