The great beauty

It's true. This is a magical terrace, where it is difficult to drag your self away from even though magical Florence awaits just downstairs. Fantastic from start to finish. Excellent communication with Marusca. Love her energy and passion.Everything you could need is there. Apartment close to everything for easy walking and major supermarket 2 mins walk from apartment. Will definately stay again. Thank you Marusca.

Fantastic location and host

My husband and I loved staying at this property for its location in the Oltrarno neighborhood. There are a wide variety of amazing restaurants here and the popular attractions are within easy walking distance across the river. The apartment had everything we needed and the view is even better than the pictures! We communicated easily with our host and her recommendations in the area were very much appreciated. We even enjoyed walking up the beautiful stairs instead of using the elevator.

Marvelous Apartment in Marvelous Location

We were right on the Arno River. We had a great view. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. We were in a great location to see all the sights. We walked everywhere. The trip to Florence exceeded our expectations.

Perfect Location

The location was wonderful for everything we did in Florence. The apartment was spacious and the terrace view unbelievable. Many restaurants in this area. Our host , Marusca , was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our 7th time in Florence.

What a view!

Check in was easy, host met us and gave us recommendations for food.. The place had an amazing view. Second only to our place in Santorini. Shopping and restaurants were extremely close. We found a wonderful place called Toto’s which was just over the bridge, and was a family owned place that hosted a lot of locals, so you know it’s good. And the prices were amazing. The water pressure in the shower was decent and it was nice having a kitchen and washer, although we didn’t end up using much other than the refrigerator, as why would you go to Italy just to cook your own food? Ha ha Again the view was absolutely amazing. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for an amazing place in a beautiful city.

The deck is amazing! Best view we’ve ever had. Apartment is ideal, very comfortable, with everything you would need. Marusca, our host was terrific. Check in was a breeze and she gave us enough time and local insider info to make the whole visit fantastic. Highly recommended!

Best view in Florence

Lovely spacious apartment with amazing view from the terrace. Check in process was hospitable. Close to everything in Florence and we enjoyed music every night from the river and bridge.

Amazing stay!

Absolutely loved staying in this wonderful home. Communication was great, easy check in and check out. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Many thoughtful amenities. Having a washer was great for a week stay. Location couldn’t be better for all Florence has to offer. The balcony was the best place for morning tea and evening wine listening to the wonderful melodies coming from the musicians on the Ponte Vecchio. It was a quiet, cozy & relaxing place to return to after exploring Florence, highly recommend it and hope to return in the future!

Beautiful Stay

This was a perfect location for walking to restaurants, sites, and shopping. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was included. The only downfall was the street musicians played on the bridges until around 10:00pm and it was pretty loud. Otherwise it was perfect. We really loved the balcony! The river view was spectacular! Marusca was very welcoming and responsive.

Exquisite in Florence

Our stay in this lovely flat was fantastic. Our host was gracious, kind, and communicative, while the flat was clean and well appointed. Of cource, our favorite part was the beautiful terrace overlooking the River Arno and Ponte Vecchio. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape, watching the river from our glorious perch while listening to tlive music floating up from the bridges below. It was also nice to have accommodations in such a convenient location that allowed us to take a break after a morning of sightseeing before venturing out for further explorations in the afternoon. It was perfect!

Perfect apartment for an amazing Florence experience

This apartment has everything you could possibly need—it’s close to everything with lots of space, storage, and amenities. And the terrace! It’s a gorgeous view of the city icons, and we had musicians playing faint music each night 😍 The hostess is welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The host was great! Marusca met us at the unit and provided us information on restaurants, stores, etc. All very helpful. The location was central to everything and the view is fantastic. We walked everywhere. We would stay there again.

Lovely apartment location

My daughter in law & I stayed 4 wonderful nights in the apartment and just loved it. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee & in the evening a glass of wine. If you are on the balcony early in the morning you may be able to watch the hot air balloons fly by. And in the evening we enjoyed the musicians on the Ponte Vecchio as well the violinist on the small boats on the Arno. Our hosts made sure we had everything we needed in the apartment and you won’t go wrong renting this lovely apartment.

The view from the terrace

The apartment was very nice. The rooms were good size, and comfortable, and a functional kitchen [a big plus]. It's the terrace that was the highlight. It was so special, right on the Arno river looking at the bridges. the boats, the people and a view of the Domo. Sunrises, sunsets the city lit up at night and convenient to walk to everything. A great food market near by. Loved it wish I stayed longer.
