Walk one block and you have Eastern Market with all of its vendors, several coffee shops, a bagel shop, banks, a dry cleaner, a liquor store, a gas station, and other businesses.

The apartment has been completely renovated and has an industrial feel - -- exposed brick, large new bathroom with marble tile and walk-in rain shower, all new furnishings, etc. The apartment is on the ground floor of a large Victorian house - and has its own entrance through a door that is on the side of the house. The apartment has an open floor plan with the main living area housing a large couch, chairs, and 50 inch HDTV (cable, Roku, etc.) There is a RH rustic dining table and chairs which seats four and galley style kitchen with stainless refrigerator and appliances, stove top/oven, dishwasher, etc. There is also a full-size washer-dryer in the unit.

We are able to reserve you a parking pass to park on the street near the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to use a parking pass.

We are on call 24/7 to answer any questions your have about the home or to offer suggestions to make the most of your time in D.C. Depending on your arrival and departure times, we may meet you at the house; otherwise, we have a lock box with a key to enable you to enter and exit any time.

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is amazing. This is the best part of Capitol Hill -- very residential, but close to everything, including restaurants, bars, public transportation, and all the sights.

Getting Around

Eastern Market metro is 3 blocks from the house. The Capitol, Mall and all museums are within easy walking distance.

There is a bike share terminal two blocks away.

Ubers and taxis are always available.

The home has high-speed wireless Internet and cable TV.
