Truly beautiful one bedroom one bath condo has an occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children in the luxurious Sonoran Spa Resort on Sandy Beach. Here you will find everything you need for your enjoyable vacation all nicely furnished and decorated. Beautiful kitchen. Nice dining area and living room with Flat Screen TV and views out to the sea through the large double glass doors. Large Master Bedroom with access to patio area. Separate shower with 100% cotton towels. Excellent Ocean views over lush common area pool from the patio.

Verdaderamente hermoso condominio de un dormitorio y un baño tiene una ocupación de 2 adultos y 2 niños en el lujoso Sonoran Spa Resort en Sandy Beach. Aqui podra encontrar todo lo necesario para sus agradables vacaciones, todo muy bien amueblado y decorado. Gran cocina y asientos en la zona del desayuno. Bonita zona de comedor y sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y vistas al mar a traves de las puertas dobles de cristal de gran tamanio. El dormitorio principal tiene banio privado con baniera y toallas 100% de algodon. Ducha separada y excelentes vistas al mar que exuberan las zona comun de las piscina y el patio grande.

Sonoran Spa is one of the most beautiful resorts in Rocky Point, Mexico, offering excellent views over common areas and swimming pool overlooking the palm trees and the lovely Sea of Cortez. There is a beautiful view to the infinite sea with scenery of the view from the distance of the jetty and a bar that serves excellent drinks. Safety in the workplace is twenty-four hours for your safety. The complex includes tennis court, putting green, gym, high speed internet, spa, CATV, BBQ resort facilities, parking (selected condominiums only) and Mother Nature's charming "Sand Beach" in front. It's time to relax, and this is the place to do it! Last but not least, we have free WiFi!

Sonoran Spa es uno de los más hermosos resorts en Rocky Point, México, ofreciendo excelentes vistas sobre áreas comunes y piscina con vista a las palmeras y al encantador Mar de Cortés. Hay una hermosa vista al mar infinito con paisajes de la vista a la distancia del malecon y un bar que sirve excelentes bebidas. La seguridad en el lugar de trabajo es de veinticuatro horas para su seguridad. El complejo incluye cancha de tenis, putting green, gimnasio, Internet de alta velocidad, spa, CATV, instalaciones de Resort BBQ, estacionamiento (sólo condominios seleccionados) y la encantadora "Playa de arena" de la Madre Naturaleza en frente. This unit was in good shape, a bit outdated but comfortable. No wash clothes or kitchen towels/paper towels, etc. we didn’t cook so it wasn’t a big issue since we had brought some paper w us.

Older unit

This unit was showing its age. Furniture was dated and in poor shape (I ripped the seat out of a patio chair sitting in it). There was no coffee pot. Patio door is in poor condition. Toilet runs nonstop (annoying at night).

Enjoyed our stay

Great view of the ocean from the central north building on the top floor. Wifi worked well and beds were comfortable for our family. For others planning to stay in this room these may be some helpful points. 3 out of the 4 burners on the stove didn't appear to work, would have been nice to have a tea kettle to boil water for coffee or tea, the fridge is unusually noisy and there was no suitable water to drink in our unit. We did eat out and brought lots of bottled water with us, so none of things really bothered us. We're easy going. The manual made mention of a reverse osmosis system or filtered water on hand. There was a half used 5 gallon jug of water in the closet, but opted not to use it since we didn't know why half was missing. Great inexpensive stay otherwise. Cheers!

Old Apartment.

This is vacation rental by castaway company. It's an investment property and shows wear. Not worth the rental price. My advice is to rent from Property owners that also visit their property. This will insure the owner involvement in their investment.
