The living Room has a new 40 inch TV.. The living Room has a new large Leather Beige Sectional. The Dining Room seats 6-8 comfortably. This condo is located on the fourth floor and has a large Gulf Front Balcony with direct views of the White sandy Beaches and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
This condo has Cable, wifi and 1 Designated parking place. There are Guest spots on Beach side. All parking is complementary
The in unit laundry room has a New washer and dryer
The kitchen is fully equipped
Seagate Condominium has a large heated Beach side pool with .lounges , chairs, picnic tables , BarBQs and Tiki Huts.
