The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed (2 twin beds), perfect for the kids. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a view of the intercoastal waterway. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV and ceiling fan. A must have amenity is a new water softener. There is free Wi/fi and cable TV, DVD players, Wii, movies, books and games! There is also a designated covered parking spot under the building.

The balcony is oversized, directly overlooking the beachfront pool, beach and Gulf. Balcony access and gulf views from master and LR. There are 2 overhead fans on the balcony to keep you cool. The Gulf is so close you can watch dolphins playing. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while strolling down the beach looking for shells. The building has 2 upgraded elevators (10/2021), a heated pool and hot tub. 2 new beachside grills free for your use and carts for your luggage and groceries. Island Marine Rental is across the street for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, boats, mopeds, fishing gear etc. There are cabanas and chairs available to rent on the beach directly behind the condo. There is trolley service up and down Gulf Blvd to help you get around.
