ROOFTOP PATIO NOW OPEN! Our condo is located at Eagle Beach. A short drive from the airport, the complex provides parking, 24hr security, spectacular gardens and swimming pools, BBQ area, children area, and a five minute walk to the Eagle Beach. The apartment is on the fifth floor and looks west towards the beach. Two bedrooms with private baths ultra modern decor and ten foot ceilings . Super Foods department store, restaurants and hotel district are close by. A great destination for a fantastic holiday.

Excellent property!!! Large balcony overlooking pool area and Eagle Beach- beautiful!! Clean, spacious rooms and nice, quiet pool area. Host left cooler, beach chairs and umbrella for our use which was great! Highly recommend! We will definitely visit again!!!

Love the Property and will book the same Condo again. Joe has everything you need and Eagle Beach is right in front of you. We have stayed in the High Rise district and love it down this end. This made our 5th trip and found is a permanent spot.

We were worried about having to cross a road to get to the beach, but it was no problem at all! The road is very small and has a crosswalk, bike lane, and pedestrian lane. There is very little traffic in this area and Eagle Beach was THE BEST! The condo had beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella to use and plenty of towels. The pillows and mattresses were comfy and everything was very clean. It is also located in an area with gated access so the pool, outdoor showers, and grill were very private and only for residents and guests. We will return!

beach view was great- the cleaning crew was not finished on time for check in time, but we worked around them. close to alot of things yet quiet enough to enjoy evenings on the balcony. comunication was great w owner and the place was large and comfy- Could use a little side table in second room or shelf table for phones charging or water, etc. but truly a great place to stay!

Fantastic stay. Joe was a fantastic host, prompt communication, and the on site property manager, Sonaly, was awesome. Condo has everything you need, including beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. We had to extend our stay on Aruba(world events), and Joe was very gracious, and Sonaly was super helpful. Do not hesitate to book this condo, we will be back for sure.

Stunning Location

Great Place! Beautiful View!

The condo was really nice and had all of the amenities! The view of the pool and beach was beautiful. The owner was quick to answer questions and offer suggestions. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Fabulous stay

We stayed here for 12 days and loved it! The view from the balcony is beautiful. Beds are super comfortable, as were the chairs. Location is great close to the beach and some restaurants. Pool is great vey clean and well maintained. All the staff at the condo were outstanding. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved our stay at LaVent Condos! The building is so well managed and the pool is great! Joe and Daniella were so accessible and easy to work with. Views of Eagle Beach and the sunsets from our balcony were gorgeous!!! The proximity to Eagle Beach, other beaches, restaurants and anything else made getting around so easy making this condo the perfect place to stay. Thank you!!

Family Beach Trip to Eagle Beach

Delightful experience at Condo with wife and 2 adult children. Spectacular sunset views from deck. Enjoyed views with morning coffee and evening wine. Condo well stocked and comfortable. Location great with close access to beach and nearby restaurants. Pool and surrounding grounds very nice. Hope to return in future.

It was our first time in Aruba and definitely it will not be the last. The condo was just perfect. It had a beautiful view of the beach and sunset. It had all the amenities for cooking and all the items needed to spend hours at the beach. The grounds were well kept. We personally enjoyed a visit from a green parakeet twice a day. We felt like home in the condo and my kids felt safe. That means a lot to us. Joe was easy to contact and always answered my questions. We can't wait for our next time!

Beautiful condo

Everything was perfect, beautiful condo. Our only regret was the roof top balcony was unfurnished rendering it unuseable. No fault of the condo owner as that isnt part of the condo, but rather the building operators. Otherwise Everything was excellent.

Excellent Eagle Beach Condo

This condo was fabulous. Clean and spacious, with 2 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Great views of Eagle Beach from the fifth floor. The condo appears to be very new with all new furnishings and appliances. Has a nice common little gym area with new equipment. Pool area was great. Lots of loungers and umbrellas. Good location to walk to Super Food, restaurants and the beach. Security was very helpful in getting us taxis when needed. Would definitely stay again!
