This condo was the perfect rental for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens. It was clean and spacious. The view and ease of getting to the beach were the main reasons I booked the property and neither disappointed. The location is a short distance to all the restaurants of Palm Beach, but situated in an area that offers peaceful relaxation. If we are in Aruba again, we would definitely stay here.

Really awesome place to stay. Location was perfect. We did end up renting a car so we could travel easily to other beaches. We were pleasantly surprised to have a cleaning crew come in twice while we were there. Very clean, family friendly and should we ever return to Aruba would stay again. We found the roof top and were able to grill steaks and have a nice sunset dinner up there. If you go, check it out. View from condo was awesome and roof top as well.

When we walked into this unit , knowing what hotels cost in the area , I could not believe it. It is a beautiful . It is spacious beyond belief. It has unbleivable views. It has a small pool for a dip after you spend the day at the ocean across the street. Note: The beach across the street has many thatched huts that say Embassy but if you rent beach chairs from the hut on the beach we never had a problem finding shade.If you rent a car there is a designated parking spot and security guard on location. Driving around in Aruba was not hard. The weather there is perfect all the time. This rental was impressive. I have a VRBO rental and I am impressed. This owner pays attention to details like linens , appliances, furnishings, and comfort.BRAVO TO THE HOST ! We will return .

Great location between Palm and Eagle beaches with easy access to Oranjestad, Tres Trapis, Arikok, or anywhere else on the island with our rental car. Great view from the 7th floor overlooking the beach. The kitchen could use a pot and baking sheet, but overall, we were satisfied. It was also very conveniently located near SuperFoods grocery which we visited frequently for fresh foods and breakfast items before heading out for the day. The beach towels, beach chairs and backpack cooler provided by the host were greatly appreciated for days at the beach or driving around the island. The onsite security was always friendly and ensured our reserved parking spot was available for us. We would definitely stay here again.
