“Ocean Breeze” Oceanfront-Unique-Spectacular-Pet Friendly-Four Bedroom

The house is true beachfront property so you literally walk across the dune to the ocean. 4BR, 2 full bath unit that is part of a multi-unit house. The unit is located 30 feet above ground level and has spectacular views of the beach. Each bedroom “uniquely” offers a sink vanity with built- in dressers. The 4BR unit offers a Queen bed in 3 bedrooms and a set of twin beds in the 4th bedroom. Smart TVs, WiFi and Spectrum cable provided. Private large deck with truly spectacular view! Huge covered under house hang out space. And….actual grass in the backyard. “Ocean Breeze”is located just 10 miles from Myrtle Beach airport and 3 miles from Murrells Inlet. We also have a 1BR and 2BR unit at the same address.
Outdoor elevator is available to help reach each floor of the house.
Fully stocked and operational kitchen.
Common outdoor grill can be used by all guests.
Washer and dryer unit for all guests to use and share on ground floor.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
A cleaning fee of $175 per stay will be charged for all rentals.
And if you have a small dog, there is a $150 pet fee per stay.
All standard rentals are weekly and begin on Saturday afternoon. For possible rentals not beginning on a Saturday or not being for 7 nights, please contact the owner to discuss.

The house was exactly as described - clean, good communication and beautiful accommodations. The outside area is very large and allows you to soak in the ocean view. Already checking for availability to go back. A little slice of heaven.

Beautiful home with every detail needed to have an optimal stay by the ocean. Beds were comfortable, the patio, deck and outdoor furniture were perfect, the entire premises very well maintained, appreciated having our dogs with us. Would love to stay again there next year. Thank you!

Great location, great space

I was very impressed with the property and the communication I received. We stayed on the top level of the house. The views were amazing. The beach is right out back and so easy to get to and from. This was important since we have a 5 year old. We did lose power briefly and did have to call the property manager. She was great - very responsive and nice and the issue was resolved very quickly. I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again.

My family visited the Muth House from 1992 until 2015, and this was my first trip back to the house since then. Ten friends rented the 4 and 2-bedroom units for a much-needed girls trip. Although I understand that ten years has passed since I set eyes on a place I loved when Mrs. Muth was the owner, to say I was surprised by the condition of the house is an understatement. While the beauty of the ocean right outside our doors is priceless, the inside of the units is depressing. As soon as we entered the 4-bedroom unit, one of the guests, who has strong reactions to allergens, noticed the air vents and filters. We also felt dampness throughout, especially on the right side of the unit. I immediately reached out to the new owner and within 30 minutes her property manager called me. She offered to come to the house right away to analyze and hopefully take care of the issues. I suggested that we wait until the next day, as it was already late evening. She and her husband came the next day and could not have been more accommodating to our concerns. They did what they could in the moment. But broken faucets, bad cookware, kitchen drawers and cabinets that need a good wash, oven door secured with zip ties, and ants greeting us each morning on the kitchen counters, just to name a few, accommodations in this once-loved property was subpar at best. Since it is now under new ownership, I'm hopeful that the owner has plans to bring this tired beach house into 2025.

Little slice of paradise

This is the 2nd year in a row that my family has stayed here and we’re counting down the days until next years stay! It’s a great location with shops, a grocery store and restaurants extremely close and only a short drive to the Inlet. The property is well kept and it has a very “homey” feel. I can’t wait to return and keep making memories.

Great property, perfect weather almost perfect stay

The 4br unit was just as described, plus they featured individual sinks/vanities in each room, very convenient. The unit was perfect for our needs including the elevator for my aging mother. The beach access was convenient, one of the closest of all the properties I've stayed at over the years. The only drawback...we found out the first day that Garden City does not allow canopies on the beach, so we had to search the town for umbrellas. Not the owner's fault, I have been used to staying at properties in Surfside. I would definitely stay in the unit again, as well as recommend it to other renters.

Awesome view, can hardly wait to return

Home away from home! 4 Bedroom , beautiful porch and deck, awesome view! Beds comfortable (1 bedroom with 2 Twins were not so comfortable but I imagine for child weight okay but not as adult) House has a few quirks but nothing that would keep me away. Nothing fancy but loved it, felt at home first day! Rebooked for 2024....loved our stay and looking forward to returning. Washer/ dryer/elevator BBQ grill all in great shape. Elevator a PLUS if someone has mobility challenges and great for groceries!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

This was our second stay at the Muth Property and we were not disappointed! Waking up to the views and sounds of the ocean is the best! There are so many places to eat and things to do for folks of all ages in the area. I hope to stay again!

Wonderful Week!

We enjoyed returning to the Muth House again for beautiful views of the ocean, ample room, and a fabulous deck. Even with some rain during the week we weren't cooped up inside; the covered deck allowed us to still enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. We appreciated having a broad variety of cable channels to catch baseball playoffs and football games. Everything was clean and tidy and we appreciated all the extra amenities provided. A special thank you for allowing us to include our dog for a truly wonderful family vacation.
