The house is true beachfront property so you literally walk across the dune to the ocean. 4BR, 2 full bath unit that is part of a multi-unit house. The unit is located 30 feet above ground level and has spectacular views of the beach. Each bedroom “uniquely” offers a sink vanity with built- in dressers. Additional Jack-n-Jill style Full bath with shower/tub. The 4BR unit offers a Queen bed in 3 bedrooms and a set of twin beds in the 4th bedroom. Smart TVs, WiFi and Spectrum cable provided. Private large deck with truly spectacular view! Huge covered under house hang out space. And….actual grass in the backyard. “Ocean Breeze”is located just 10 miles from Myrtle Beach airport and 3 miles from Murrells Inlet. We also have a 1BR and 2BR unit at the same address.
Outdoor elevator is available to help reach each floor of the house.
Fully stocked and operational kitchen.
Common outdoor grill can be used by all guests.
Washer and dryer unit for all guests to use and share on ground floor.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
A cleaning fee of $175 per stay will be charged for all rentals.
And if you have a small dog, there is a $150 pet fee per stay.
All standard rentals are weekly and begin on Saturday afternoon. For possible rentals not beginning on a Saturday or not being for 7 nights, please contact the owner to discuss.
