New kitchen just put in December/2022. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Use of Golf Cart is included. MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE TO OPERATE GOLF CART. Short walk or golf cart ride to private community Beach. This pier house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master has 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed and futon in living room. Sleeps 6. 3 new televisions along with DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, washer and dryer. Large dining room. Great outdoor deck with brand new gas grill and a charcoal grill as well as outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy your day. Lounge at the outdoor adult or children's pool. Close to community center, playground, tennis courts and indoor pool. WiFi available. No smoking. Well trained pets are welcome and the dog park is right across the street.

Fantastic Stay

This property met all of our needs. It’s close to the indoor pool, dog park and playground and a short golf cart ride to the beach. The unit was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The floors were LVP which helps with kids and pets for easy clean up. This unit is upstairs so which is fine if you don’t mind climbing steps. Brian was very prompt to reply and checked in to make sure everything was okay. The AC worked very well. If you arrive after 5 you will need to wait until morning to get a pass for the beach and side gates . Price is 30.00 per pass. Once you return it, they will mail you 10 back. I highly recommend this unit and will book again.

We love Brian’s property. This is our third year staying here and we love it. This property is our home away from home. We were very surprised with new flooring and an updated master bathroom. Beautiful. We feel like family when we stay here. And cannot wait to go back ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Awesome!

First the owner was amazing and easy to get in touch with. This was a last minute booking and he was right on it. The property itself was nice. The was updated and beautiful. I was very pleased with it and the all around experience.

Family Vacation

We stayed for two weeks and Brian was an awesome host! He was super responsive and super accommodating. The house was great location, easy drive on the golf cart to the beach and pool. I would love to see the bedrooms updated like the kitchen (which was beautiful) but the beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Plus, who really stays in the bedroom when you're on vacation anyways. It was all we needed for stay in Myrtle Beach. Thanks Brian!

Wedding week

Place was better than advertised. AC was cold, plenty of room for the 5 adults we had. Golf cart was older but worked great. Communication with the owner was also great. Would def stay again
