Resort Living! Quiet Lakefront Home. Pool, large shaded patio, fishing, sleeps 9
Our home is a comfortable, quiet lakefront oasis that is close to golf, shopping and great restaurants! We have a gorgeous pool, large outdoor patio that is fully shaded- complete with dining table and outdoor living room/TV. You can enjoy your relaxing evenings doing some catch and release bass fishing, reading a book from our stocked library in the hammock or cozy around the fire table watching your favorite show on the large patio. The home offers a updated cherry kitchen with granite counters, bar seating for 4 and a dinette table close by. We have two living room spaces, formal dining room and 4 bedrooms. We also have a small twin daybed in office. The master features a light and bright space with 55" TV, Tuft and Needle King mattress, large master bath and large walk-in closet. The other 3 guest rooms all feature queen beds and all new linens, and furnishings. We love our time here so much and are happy to share it with others for a sunny winter vacation. We are north-south exposure and our pool and patio face north, so shaded on those hot days, but the pool gets great sun. Although, our home is not suitable for small children, because we are on lakefront. We are very close to several public golf courses including the famed, Ocotillo Golf Club. There also is Oakwood Golf Course, Bear Creek Golf Complex and Whirlwind Golf club. So many to choose from within close proximity. We have safeway just across the street from the neighborhood and lots of great restaurants with 1 mile. Come enjoy the peace and quiet on this lakefront getaway! We have a firm no smoking policy and firm no pets.
Pool does not stay heated Dec- Mid Feb because the electric heat pump can’t heat water when nighttime temps are very cold.

Roomy home with great layout for community and individual privacy. Backyard was perfect for evening dining and afternoon swims. The host was always handy and good to work with.
This house is very spacious for 3 couples. 3 bathrooms is a necessity to us. The bedroom layout is excellent. All 3 couples had their own area of the house. 2026 was a hot March of AZ. The pool was always clean and got a lot of use. The veranda with a table, seating area and TV was also used a lot. Stephnie was very responsive when we had questions. It was a very good value for our dollars.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The house is great and perfect for our stay!
This home is spacious, well furnished, and set in a lovely location. The back yard has lots of space for sitting outside, enjoying the pool, dining, and enjoying the glorious weather.
This was an amazing trip with friends & such a great place to stay! The pool was so relaxing, the lagoon out back was fun for canoeing & kayaking. Plenty of room in the house for sleeping, bathrooms & loaded with everything we needed! I would gladly return to this great home!
Everything about our stay was perfect! The house was very clean and the owner was very responsive in her communication. The pool is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! The whole outdoor area is amazing! Highly recommend and we'll be booking again.
We would definitely stay here again! Excellent layout which is tough to portray in the pics. Lots of space for big family or multi generational group. Backyard is a great hang out space and the pool was warm and welcoming. Truly enjoyed our stay.
This was absolutely the perfect place for our famiy vacation. Plenty of room, completely stocked and comfy beds for everyone. The pool and backyard were ideal - sun and shade, grass, pool, lake and comfy patio area. We never wanted to leave!
The house is better than the pics! Great area. Everything was clean, and the house is well stocked. The floor plan is great for multi family or family with teens. The best part is the back yard, the pool and lake is gorgeous! Definitely will stay again.
Propert was outstanding would definitely stay again

This was one of the most unacceptable stays we’ve ever experienced. We were traveling with our family and our 3 year old granddaughter, and within a few days I sent a message to the owner addressing some safety concerns. The sliding door to the pool was broken and would not stay closed. (It still doesn’t work properly, however she was so demeaning with her responses I stopped communicating with her). The broken door violates basic safety standards in AZ and having a door that cannot be secured with kids in the house is completely unacceptable. The cleanliness was equally alarming. The floors were so dirty that our feet were literally black from walking barefoot. The bathrooms were a mess with visible mold in the master shower and a sink that was plugged with hair and gunk. The bath hand towels and washcloths were filthy and had been used as cleaning rags. I have pics to prove it. The main kitchen table was broken. It was unstable and created a safety hazard. I raised all of these issues directly with the owner, hoping for a reasonable response or some effort to fix the situation. While she did send a handyman, it did not completely resolve the core issues. More concerning was the owner’s dismissive and unprofessional response telling us that if we wanted better accommodations and more attention to detail, we should stay in a hotel. I have copies of all of the communications, so please feel free to reach out to me. Such a beautiful home, yet so incredibly disappointed.
We needed to get our kids moved out of ASU and U of A. This was in a great location for both. There was some storage space in the garage we used. The pool/backyard was a great oasis when we weren’t moving. The house was comfortable, close to restaurants and shopping, and in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here for a job with a big company in Chandler. The home was well stocked with everything, the pool was the highlight, as we used it everyday after work..it was Awesome! the l;ake was a great touch, although whether it has any fish is up for debate..lol. I would definitely recommend this place..it was just like home..and the host was great! 5 Stars!!
The home was beautiful, pool was warm and great location close to shopping and restaurants. I only wish we had a longer stay. We were all so sad to leave.
Stefanie was great with communication whenever we had questions.
Highly recommend!

This house was GORGEOUS and so clean! You can tell the owners have thought of everything in order to make it an amazing home away from home. None of us could stop talking about the beds and how comfortable they are! Literally the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Everything we could think of that we needed, we were able to find. I adore this house and we’ll definitely be back.

Great location and backyard
Everything was fine but for the cleaning fees that we pay the house was not very clean. The amount of Dust and dirt was mentioned by more than one family member during the stay.
Our stay was quiet comfortable for all. For the price, which stated it included a pool and patio firepit. When checked in we learned the pool heater and patio fire pit were both not working. Probably would of paid less and stated at another vrbo had we know ahead of time about not having the pool heated, which made it not useable. Other than that everything was good.
Whole family enjoyed heated pool, outdoor TV, and kayaking on pond. We could have used the outdoor fireplace since it was cool when we visited. We let the rental agent know it wasn't working and there was no effort to repair it.

group leader for booking
The pool was disappointing too cold . was told after paying no longer stocked for fishing, the canoes were filled with spiders, and the outdoor warmer and fireplace were not operational. . The outdoor amenities were the reason for the booking. However the home was lovely and very comfortable, with 1 notation "the hall bathtub/shower was very slippery " as reported by 2 of the guests

Why they chose this property
This is a unique property on lakefront. One of only 3 fresh water (man made) lakes in Maricopa County. We love to relax on the big shaded patio, swim in the pool, catch and release fish and go for soothing canoe rides at sunset.
