The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All trash must be placed in trashcans out back
All dishes must be cleaned and put back in cabinets
Refrigerator must be completely empty.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All renters must sign lease agreement and submit along with a copy of signer's driver's license.
Don’t overload refrigerator shelves. Broken shelves will incur a replacement fee.
Please clean up after pets around the building. HOA will assess $50 fee to my unit which I pass on to the tenant.

I’m originally from Delaware County, PA but currently reside in sunny Middletown, DE with my wife and 4 beautiful kids who enjoy Wildwood as much as I do. I love sharing the Wildwood experience and helping create the same great memories my family and I are creating through this rental.

I’ve loved Wildwood ever since I first visited as a kid. Whether you want a relaxing day on the beach or non stop excitement, Wildwood has you covered. The restaurants, boardwalk, rides, beach and nearby extractions will leave you wanting to come back year after year.

What makes this property unique

We’re located on a quieter street near the beginning of the boardwalk south of Morey’s Adventure Pier and only 2600 feet to the boardwalk. You can leave your car in the garage all week while you explore the island if you like! Our peaceful covered front deck with a high top table and chairs will add to your relaxation after a sunny day on the beach or while drinking your morning coffee or smoothly.
