The unit comfortably sleeps six guests with two king-sized beds, one in each bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

We had a few issues during our stay, but staff were very helpful and attentive. The owner needs to replace the furniture as the sofa and chairs are very uncomfortable. This is a nice 2b/2b in Kona that included starter supplies. Great management company with their own maintenance staff that were pleasant to work with. Hot tub and pool were very nice, kept sparkling clean with a view of the ocean and sunset from them. BBQs are just outside the pool area and there are enough so you won’t have much if any wait to use them. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Ample parking near the unit. AC units work well. It was a very peaceful stay.

A short drive to downtown Kona from the rental unit. The unit is quite lovely. Spacious, beautiful patio. Many thoughtful items available for use in the unit making it easier and less hassle packing supplies and gear! We would definitely stay again!

Excellent location near downtown. Two nice sized bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Nearly all the units in the complex have a nice view of the ocean except for a few that are on the very end of the buildings whose view is the end of the other properties. Since we were out of our room most of the time, it didn't matter that much. But if someone is booking it to spend a lot of time on the balcony and expecting a view of the ocean....they will be very disappointed. I think the entity who is renting it out should specifically state that this is NOT a water view.

The condo complex and pool was nice, right on the shoreline for great sunsets. Condo was clean with all the amenities expexted. Clean and comfortable, no complaints other than would prefer a keyless entry rather than having the lock box when you have your hands full.

Very nice, supplied with everything we needed. We were here for our sons wedding and it worked very well for us. The only thing negative i can think of is the tub is a little slick and the top plug of the outlets by the bed didn't seem to work. The bottom ones do? Overall it was a very nice stay.

Great Spot!

The room was great! Kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of supplies available for the beach! It was walking distance to a market and beach and sunsets watchable from next to the pool area. If you have young kids, just be aware that they do not like splashing, jumping or "excited play" in the pool area. There are a lot of full time residents there that don't like it Besides that, it was amazing!

Very nice and clean condo. Appreciate the beach amenities household items that made it very home like. This was the perfect place for our family stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer worked great, and we appreciated the items inside to make our stay even easier such as snorkel equipment and beach towels.
