This condo is in a wonderful location and has a great view directly across the street from Magic Sands beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath fully air conditioned condo has an ocean view, and is fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay when in Kona. The oversized lanai offers a view of the ocean, and the pool, and is a fantastic way to start the day while enjoying a cup of Kona Coffee.

After flying thousands of miles to get to paradise, you deserve accommodations that allow you to enjoy yourself. We make sure that happens. A clean, comfortable, air conditioned condo in an ideal location will give you that "right at home" feeling and serve as your base while you enjoy all the attractions on the big island of Hawaii. Kahaluu beach (snorkel beach) one of the top two snorkeling sites on the big island is less than a mile away. Directly across the street is "Magic Sands" beach, also known as White Sands Beach. About 100 yards to the north is Pahoehoe Beach with picnic tables, BBQ's and benches. About 100 yards south is La'Aloa beach. The Kona Trolley stops across the street at Magic Sands if traveling south, and about 50 ft north of the condo complex if traveling north. The trolley is a nice way to get to town or Keahou shopping center if you choose not to drive.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, with private walk in master bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be combined for a king bed if desired. The second bath has a tub/shower combination. The unit has a washer and dryer inside the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the small appliances you could need. Most appliances are less than a year old. The dining area seats 6 people comfortably. The living room is spacious, and nicely furnished.

We supply beach chairs, cooler, plastic ware for pool or picnic use, beach towels, beach umbrella, and more. Free WiFi is included and phone with free calling throughout the islands, the US mainland, and Canada. Free, assigned covered parking.

Very clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything our family of 5 needed, including tupperware for excursions! Excellent location in Kona just across from the sandy beach. Parking, pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were all top notch.

What a great condo. Loved the location-8 min drive to Kailua Kona for dinner and shopping. Loved the beach across the street and the pool. Condo was SO well appointed with everything we could ever need.

Great location, cross the street to jump into the waves. An older beach unit but well taken care of. Lots of kitchen supplies; plenty of pots and pans, many storage containers, and well stocked with spices. Handicap access can be difficult. Garage is on the ground level. There is an elevator but you still have a flight of stairs down to the unit. Wish we had more time there.

Great location

Very much appreciate how smooth everything went. Super easy check in/check out. Condo was spotlessly clean, nice view of the ocean, ample supplies including items left by prior renters (boogie boards, noodles, etc). This condo is directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach, about a one minute or less walk. With a rental car easy to run into town, visit the Volcano National Park, Hilo, etc. Thank-you for a very wonderful vacation. It provided my wife and I a very special time and memories with our adult grandkids.

Beautiful condo

Wonderful place to stay! So clean and fully stocked. Has all the things you need for the beach. The condo is wonderful as are the grounds of the complex. Nice pool and spa, BBQ area, and pool table, etc. Would absolutely stay here again!

Best location in Kona!

Large and modern 2 bedroom condo with central AC. They had everything we could have needed all the way down to beach toys for the kids! Nothing like getting up early, walking across the street, and swimming in a beautiful ocean. If i was going to buy a place here, this is right where I'd do it!

The place was clean and well stocked as far as kitchen, laundry, and beach accessories. The location was good, across the street from Magic Beach, and not far from all the places in Kona. Check in was simple and the host was responsive when I messaged about a possible late check out. (Side note, I should have checked about a late check out far before the trip, my bad.) The pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor cooking spaces are great. There are a few things that would have improved our experience. First, the towels are terrible and rough like sand paper. Second, this is not a sleep 6, there are beds for 4, an uncomfortable couch (not sofa sleeper) that doesn’t fold out and several air mattresses to choose from that don’t have sheets to fit. We were 5 so we made it happen but not what we were expecting . Third, one of the two beach umbrellas does not have any way to anchor it down, so be prepared to hold it all day. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would stay here again if we were only sleeping 4 or less people.

Great location

Great location and space. Unit was well stocked and it was nice to have access to beach equipment and towels to use during our stay. There did not appear to be a double futon in the living room, but perhaps it just was not obvious to us how the couch became a futon. Comfortably sleeps 4, more seems a little tight but we made it work. Overall very pleased.

Great apartment with all you need opposite a perfect beach

The apartment was well equipped with all we needed! Kitchen equipment, spices, boxes, enough toiletries, beach equipment (boogie boards, beach umbrella, snorkeling gear…). It is directly across the road of magic sand beach. Parking was easy in the complex, every window and door had mosquito nets, washing machine and dryer were great. Would come back any time!

Clean!!

Super clean property right across from the beach. Appreciate the use of free beach chairs and umbrella. Did not use the pool but the property ground looks very well kept. Just and FYI: there is an elevator but you’ll also need to take some small steps to the unit so if you have heavy luggage or traveling with elders, be sure to help them with it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Show up and relax

This condo was perfect for our trip with two kids 3 and under along with a 10yo. It had the right amount of space for all of us. All the items you may need on a Hawaiian vacation, this place had it! I loved that it included bathroom supplies like soap, razor, and hair ties (to name a few). The amount of beach items included was awesome too! Everything was in working order and the place was clean and well kept. To my surprise the dining table was not glass which made me happy. I was a little nervous about my little ones around a glass table. Mainly because their ages but my worries were gone seeing there was a nice, sturdy table. The host was quick to respond before our arrival. We had no issues during our stay and would look at staying here again in the future. My favorite part was the lanai. We sat out there every morning, my kids enjoyed their breakfast while my husband and I enjoyed our coffee. I loved listening to and watching the waves across the street.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Condo, Beyond our Expectations!!

We were very pleased with this property from the minute we drove up!! This is the Best location in Kona ! The beautiful white sand beach was just steps from the condo door and the fun waves and beautiful clear water was excellent for swimming and bodysurfing. Complete with very helpful and professionally staffed Lifeguard tower. Awesome fun every day! The condo was so spacious and beautifully decorated with every detail thought of and everything a visitor would need for their comfort. The kitchen seemed newly renovated with granite counters and modern appliances, huge refrig/freezer and fully stocked cabinets, even spices and condiments for our convenience. Lots of towels and beach gear and the bedding was new and so comfortable. The huge lanai has a gorgeous view and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the comfy deck furniture and watching the sunsets from the privacy of our own lanai. The property has great amenities, large pool with covered barbecue area with enough grills for lots of guests. I especially loved the sauna and my son loved playing pool in the adjoining open area. Another bonus is the designated parking stalls for this unit as there is very limited public parking for the popular Magic Sands beach out front. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo and would highly recommend it. It is a great value for this perfectly located vacation home. Mahalo, Oh and did I mention that the weather was Perfect !

The property/condo were very nice. I love it when they're stocked with the little extras: seasonings, lots of kitchen items, and all the beach stuff. We were only there 3 days, so we didn't take advantage of all the amenities, but we were impressed. It would've been perfect if a crib or pak'n'play was available, but I got the impression wee ones aren't real welcomed. And that's ok.

This place was amazing. Location was fantastic, and the VRBO was stocked better than any other Vrbo we have stayed at. Only on negative comment on the bath towels, the were the worst ever. Please get softer towels for future guests.
