It is available all year round and is the perfect setting for weddings, bridal, engagement and baby showers, small business retreats, couples and/or family retreats, anniversaries, milestone events and birthday celebrations, sorority and fraternity reunions, holiday gatherings, girl getaways, golf trips, bird-watching, book clubs, craft clubs etc. This home is over 4,100 sq feet and was featured in the Escapes Section of the New York Times! There is ample off-street parking for 5 cars and the streets are not metered. The layout is large and welcoming and the custom made dining table w/ten leaves grows to accommodate all!! Its premier location offers easy access to all Cape May's attractions: the beach, boardwalk, a short stroll to town and Congress Hall shops and all the restaurants.

Perfect house for my cousin’s bachelorette party! We enjoyed having enough space at the house to all hang out. The fire pit in the backyard was a nice touch and best of all it’s only a short walk to the beautiful beach!

Great spot for a big family!

We had a group of 10 children and 10 adults for our week long stay in Cape May. This place was a fantastic option for us — plenty of room, a couple of blocks to the beach, close to town, and the bikes and beach box really made it so easy to set up on the beach or ride into town. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Stay!

Our group had a great time at this property. The house is super spacious with all the amenities you can think of! The property comes with bikes and beach chairs which made it easy to get to downtown and enjoy the beach. The communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive. We will be back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was exactly as advertised in the pictures. The outdoor space is perfect for large groups. They have everything you would need in the kitchen to cook with a large group. I will definitely be back!

Great time

We had a great time-good location to beach and town. Beach chairs and umbrellas available on a beach box on the beach, so don't have to haul them from the house. Large kitchen and dining table to accomodate multiple families staying together. Everyone in our group had a great time.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The place easily fit all 20 of us. The main areas had plenty of space and the kitchen was great. It had everything we could need. Having a second fridge was great too. There were also plenty of trash and recycling bins. It's in a great location. We loved it.

Orr Family Gathering

It was spacious, clean and inviting. The beach was so close and we enjoyed two beautiful days there. Harriet Tubman museum in Cape May was very interesting to visit during a rainy afternoon. Dinner in the back yard with smoors over the fire pit were a lot of fun. Overall we had a wonderful time and would like to return someday.
