Our property is located just 4 blocks from the beach and Washington St Mall. Street is very quiet. This is a 2nd floor unit WITH OFF STREET PARKING!!!! NO METER FEEDING OR FIGHTING FOR A SPOT.
Amenities include master bedroom with bath, 2nd full bath, laundry, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, SMART TV's in living room, master bedroom, and bedroom 2, full WIFI access, two gas grills, central air conditioning. ALL 3 BEDROOMS HAVE UPDATED BEDDING, MATTRESSES AND FURNITURE. We do not provide sheets and linens but there are services in the area that will provide them for a small fee. Linen Ladies in Cape May seems to be the most popular. www.linenladies.com. Also one block away you can visit several restaurants, coffee shops, liquor store, drug store and Yoga studio.

Fantastic visit to Cape May! This is an ideal location, central to many places in town and most importantly a short walk to the beach. Incredibly responsive host, and extremely nice and helpful. Would consider this location on our next Cape May trip!

Property was clean and absolutely walkable to the beach and Washington Street Mall. Lots of restaurants, coffee places and bakeries and all within walking distance. Very quiet area and owner was very responsive.Definitely coming back to this location again. As a matter of fact, this is our second time renting from them.

We had a great trip to Cape May for our anniversary! This time we brought our toddler with us and let me tell you this was a great house for him, everything on one level so no worrying about stairs inside. It's a quiet street but close to everything Cape May has to offer. Great communication with the owner!

Overall, it was a nice stay! Great price for the location! It was a bit of a bummer to have to bring sheets and towels, however, I guess that’s why it is a more affordable option. The place was very clean and host was very responsive. I only took off a star because there was a door leading to another unit that was unlocked and there were other people in it. We tried locking it multiple times however it would not stay locked because it was an electronic mechanism. Also the bunk bed mattress had a lot of hair on it which was a little uncomfortable for us. Overall, I would go back! It was a nice stay, just some minor fixes would make it a 10/10!

My family and I have rented this property many times and have always enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect for 7 or so people. There is plenty of space to sit and eat together. The house is well equipped and within walking distance of Washington Square, many restaurants and bars , the West End Garage and a CVS. Dave, the owner, is wonderful to work with!

We have booked this house for several years now! We love winter stays and we were lucky to get some beautiful weather. The owner is the best & super easy to book with! The location is perfect, walkable to all the Cape May activities and action! We also used a reasonable uber to Oyster Bay for music. Highly recommend and we will return again soon! Before you arrive, book a dinner reservation for your first night at Sapore Italiano. It is located right at the end of our block. Bring a few bottles of your favorite wine and walk down for a great dinner on your first night. Atmosphere is great and they will not disappoint!
