Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for up to 6 guests. It is ideal for a fun weekend trip or a longer stay.

10 minutes or less to the UGA Campus and Downtown Athens.

Refinished real hardwood floors give the house a cozy feel.
Updated windows keep the temperature comfortable.

The master bedroom has a new king-size mattress and an ensuite bathroom.

The large fenced-in backyard is surrounded by trees and offers privacy.

The kitchen is fully outfitted, so guests can prepare their own meals.

The 2-car carport is attached to the house so guests can keep their cars out of the weather.

Comfy beds & accessibility

We were looking for a place to stay for a family wedding. We had specific mobility needs for an elderly member of our family and this met our needs fairly well. We found the home to be extremely clean & well appointed with everything needed for a short stay. We all agreed that the beds were the most comfortable we’ve slept in in any rental. Ever! Important to us, there is a walk in shower and everything is on one level. For the benefit of others who struggle with mobility, there are 2 steps to enter… and the first one is a bit tall, but we made it work. There is also a small lip on the seam between the kitchen/dining room and main living space that we had to remind to prevent a fall. Overall, fantastic stay, responsive hosts, easy location. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Athens!

Perfect for our needs

We attended a wedding in Athens...had never been there before so took a chance on renting a house instead of staying in a hotel recommended by the bridal party. It was a great decision. House was super clean, close to everything, and was exactly what we needed to accommodate myself, my parents and sisters. Its not the most modern house when it comes to decor, couch sits a little low if you have bad knees but its very clean which was most important to us, and has just what is needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again.

Nostalgic home

My friends and I rented this home in Athens for my 63rd birthday. I wanted to visit Athens and go down memory lane. I graduated in 1983. It was a great time. The house was very nice with 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. Erika was so easy to communicate with and that is always a plus. Everything was perfect except one thing. It is truly a nostalgic home which we all loved. The only thing we didn't like was that the living room furniture was not very comfortable especially for 60-70 year old women.It sat very low. Other than that, everything was great.

Great place and location little away from campus. Very, very clean. Just needs little updating with bedding and pillows. A lot of parking and a very big yard if needed for cornhole or games. Quiet neighborhood as well.
