Tranquil setting with an open floor plan and all the amenities to make you feel at home. Tuft and Needle beds for all your sweet dreams.
Bedroom one has a king size bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom two has two full beds. Dining table has seating for eight, plenty of room for everyone to sit down together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, cookware, utensils, blender, electric griddle, and toaster. Everything you need if you want to prepare a meal
There are two flat screen TV's, one in the LR and another in master BR. You will have access to Spectrum cable TV with sports and movie channels and high speed internet.
Covered Patio with a large backyard and plenty of parking in addition to a two-car garage. Property is the guest house on the front of owner’s 7-acre horse farm and animal sanctuary.

Highly recommend

We truly enjoyed this property being about 10 minutes away from downtown and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. Publix was a 3 min drive. The house was remodeled and tastefully decorated, beds comfortable, and everything else is available for a comfortable stay.

Great Place To Stay

I had a couple of guys in the area who needed a place to stay while working at the local church for a few days. The enjoyed the house. It was clean and the owners were so nice and accommodating! Def. recommend!!

House was great and Heather was very helpful and accomadating. We all really enjoyed our stay and would recommned this location to any of our friends who were planning to travel to Athens.

Awesome little house in quiet area

It was awesome. We really enjoyed having the comforts of home while being away from home. Quiet area and close to downtown Athens. We will likely be back around the same time next year so will make sure to book!
