In an old charming hotel converted into apartments, T2 for rent on the 1st floor, (without elevator).
Located on the courtyard side, therefore not exposed to street noise.
The apartment is composed of a main room with kitchenette (including a fridge, an oven, 2 electric hotplates, a microwave, a large storage cupboard) separated from the dining area by a bar and 2 stools. The main room is equipped with a sofa bed for additional sleeping, a TV, 2 storage units.
The bedroom is made up of a 140 cm bed, a bedside table and 2 large closets.
The bathroom with its window is very bright equipped with a shower cubicle, a toilet, a sink
and wall shelves.
This apartment is fully equipped with sufficient tableware
also including toaster, household scale, ironing board
iron, vacuum cleaner etc
