Welcome to your home away from home while in Charleston. Our 2000 square foot home is located in a quiet neighborhood, encompassed in the beauty of Low Country Marshes in West Ashley. We have lovingly remodeled the home recently and look forward to sharing it with you. The large open floor plan is well appointed and is a great space for you and your family to gatherings. Bring the family's favorite recipes and cook until your heart is content. There are plenty of bedding and bathroom linens.

Location Location Location....Avondale Area is right up the road with shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Avondale has been voted "best of Charleston" neighborhood in 2011, 2013, 2016 and 2017! You can be downtown Charleston within 15 minutes via Lyft for around $15-$20.

The property was amazing and well equipped. It was easy for my parents to navigate (there are 75) alone and I was on crutches, so the master shower was perfect! Very nice and welcoming!

Awesome home, just as described

This was the perfect home for our family to enjoy a vacation in Charleston. The dining, kitchen and living room were open and large enough for family dinners and evening games around the table. We enjoyed our stay so very much. It was a time of healing for our family after losing my dad and our family patriarch.

Terrific stay & great house!

Really enjoyed our stay for a long weekend in Charleston. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space in the common areas. Loved the big island and large dining table. Sally was a great host. She stopped over when we arrived to show us around the house & make sure we knew where everything was. Location was close to the airport, downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.

Perfect Location

Sally was so helpful during check in. We communicated several times prior to checkin. The home had a great layout that accommodated my family. Her home was well equiped and close to all major attractions for my weekend. I would definitely stay agin

Beautiful Charleston House

Our stay at Sally's Coup was wonderful. The house is beautifully updated and it had all the amenities we needed. Our group of eight cooked many meals together; not only did we have plenty of space to eat together, we also had plenty of space to spread out around the house as well when we wanted quiet time. It was conveniently located to get to almost anything in the Charleston area and we thought it was nice that Sally provided extra supplies for visiting the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect quiet weekend getaway

This house is amazing! Sally is a fantastic host, and we enjoyed being close to all Charleston had to offer. It was nice to be away from the crowds on a chilly February holiday weekend, and we loved coming back to this home every evening. Communication with Sally was great from the start, and it was good to meet her in person. There was enough room for our family to have our own rooms, and the central kitchen / dining area was a great place to hang out. We managed to visit Folly Beach twice, plus had two days in the city itself - highly recommend this as a "home" base!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for easy travel into historic Charleston and to the surrounding areas of Mt Pleasant, Folly Beach, and St James Island. The home was very clean and comfortable, with a large open floor plan. The kitchen was large enough for all of us to cook a large meal together. There is a nice sitting area in the backyard that we unfortunately didn't have time to use. We wished there was more comfortable seating in the main living area, but other than that we had a 5 star experience.

Home Away From Home

We were greeted by Sally around 1:30 when we arrived on Thursday. She was super sweet and informative. There were bunnies in the front yard that our almost 4 year old was super excited about. It’s all she talked about the entire trip. We needed somewhere to stay while we were down for a soccer tournament. This house was cute and had everything we needed! Thanks for a great stay!!

House has it all!

Our family of four had an amazing time at Sally’s! This house is decorated very nicely throughout and the kitchen/living area was huge! The house has everything you’d need to cook a gourmet dinner plus items to take to the beach. The front doors are beautiful and the front porch rocking chairs have a view to the water. The backyard is also setup well with lots of seating and a big bbq. Would love to stay here for Thanksgiving! TIP: If you’re looking for a house to party in and make a lot of noise- this is not the place or neighborhood for you. This is a place to unwind, relax, and enjoy family. Besides, Sally lives across the street!

Sally's place was perfect in every way for our sisters reunion. The house is adorable with every space filled with comfortable and thoughtful touches. We enjoyed our long Labor Day weekend at this beautiful home with family! Sally was there to show us around the home and answer any questions when we checked in. Amazing location, 35 minutes to Kiawah, 20 minutes to folly beach, 15 from Charleston, neighborhood is very nice and quiet, house was extremely clean and spaced out so perfectly! Very near some of our favorite coffee shops and a Whole Foods. Would stay again for sure!

Comfortable and convenient!

We had a wonderful stay at this property with four adults and four young children. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do, and the house was comfortable and well appointed. Sally was also a gracious, responsive host. We would highly recommend staying here!

Sally's home is a great location for a family trip! The common areas are spacious, and the front porch is a great spot to get together. She has everything you'd need in the home, including beach equipment, and is available for any questions. The home is a short 15min drive to downtown Charleston, and is in a very quiet neighborhood.
