Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved this house. It’s in a wonderful area with tons of fun restaurants and shops that are within walking distance. The house was very clean and very spacious for my family of five. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts were fantastic and checked in with us often.I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to be able to visit again soon!

Great choice! We love to walk, so enjoyed strolls to the French Quarter & King St. We walked to a rehearsal dinner & even to a Ghost Tour! Holey City Bagels makes for a great breakfast & is a 5 minute walk. Rooms are spacious. Nice bathroom amenities. Comfortable mattresses. Getting into the parking area was initially daunting (it’s a tight turn off of Spring). We have an SUV & minivan, so it’s doable! If you’re traveling with little ones, Hampton Park is approx 1.5 miles away and lovely.Communication from host was excellent. Book it!

This was in a super convenient location! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. Dave was really great to us! Very responsive and kind :) we had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end. Owner was very responsive and was very helpful all the way through. Location was great for everything we did. The place had everything we needed and was as advertised. Would stay here again.

Downstairs bathroom, toilet seat is loose, moves side to side. Towel rack completely fell off when I tried to hang a towel. Should have had more coffee for 5 people. Netflix should be included. We had a terrible time with the tv. You finally sent over Seth after I communicated through text for an hour trying to fix the tv. He had to bring in a new router plus new remote. Tv upstairs in at least one of the bedrooms not working. Don’t know about the other 2 as they did not turn them on. Rug in upstairs front bedroom was filthy. Need to fix kitchen cabinets. Check out time of 10am is ridiculous. For the money that you charge, you need to pay attention to some of the details of the property. All in all we enjoyed our weekend.

We had a wonderful time at 60 Spring Street. We did encounter a couple of hiccups but the host was quick to address them. Overall, it’s a nice property but could use some upgrades.

Nice property. Set back off road and quiet . Clean and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable beds. For large group that wants to cook a bit difficult with smaller dining table but plenty of restaurants to eat at within walking distance.

Fantastic Short Stay

Our family really enjoyed staying for an evening at this property while traveling through Charleston. The close proximity to King St., and the quaint little shops on Spring St (in the same block as the property) was great and convenient. It’s clear that the city is investing in the area and new businesses are popping up. Our family of 7 were very comfortable in the house as it offers king size beds and multiple rooms, as well as a pull out sofa. The private parking and driveway were a huge perk which meant we didn’t have to spend extra time searching for parking which is common in Charleston. Nice place overall.

Property needs improvements

The king sized beds and bedrooms were great - very comfortable beds and up to date bedding. The overall cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The washer and dryer were great too - new and efficient. The towels and bathroom amenities were great. It was close to King street was was very convenient. Our issues were the kitchen (very minimal contents, wonky drawers - a screw with no knob and items unreachable in top cabinets, only 2 wine glasses), the furniture in the sitting room is sacked out and uncomfortable, the floors are sinking in spots underneath the poorly installed vinyl floor and the approach to the property was very disappointing because you have to walk past a dilapidated makeshift structure.

Needs some work

Beds were great and location was convenient. Parking is very tight and would not work if all units are full or you have two cars with you (two spaces provided). Had to report multiple cracks in vinal floors from poor condition of subflooring...several soft spots under carpets also. Walls were dirty and scratched and need to fresh paint. Managment group was easy to communicate with via phone and responsive when sending photos. Noisy late night neighbors also but that is just part of staying in the city. Convenient location but pricy for condition.

Great location - close enough to walk to King Street and nearby lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We had no issues with road noise or party goers. It was perfect for our group which spent little time in the house - but the living space was a bit small for us all to spread out (8 people). Perfect if you have plans to explore the city!

Perfectly adequate for what we needed

A group of 40 something moms, friends since high school gathered from all over the country for a 3-day weekend. Location was absolutely perfect, we were able to walk everywhere because driving and parking in downtown Charleston is absolutely anightmare. The house had four King bedrooms, which was great for moms looking for some space of ow. It was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. I would strongly recommend management get in there and do some cosmetic touchups before busy season. A lot of dents/scratches on the walls. The windows are not great. Remote controls do not work well. But check in and checkout was so easy, all you have to do is start the dishwasher and take out the garbage. No long list of chores. It contributed to the laid back vibe we needed this weekend and we appreciate that.

Annual Friends Trip

Property was as advertised. Had 4br 2 baths, living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi was down one of the days but that's about it. Overall a good stay. Area is in the process of gentrification, but short walk (w blocks) to King Street makes it a good spot.
