Situated right on Lemon Bay and across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, this one bedroom condo is ideal for singles, couples or small families wanting a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

This property is one of only 9 condos sharing a heated swimming pool, BBQ area and dock where you can fish, moor your boat/jet ski, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The condo has everything you will need including a lanai with sitting area, living room with 42 inch Smart TV, hi-speed wi-fi, bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with tub/shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, linens and towels. Recent updates include new flooring throughout and a completely remodeled bathroom.

This condo is half a mile from Englewood Beach and 10 minutes drive to Olde Englewood Village and Dearborn Street with many restaurants, antique shops, arts and crafts and festivals including 'Cruisin' on Dearborn'. There is lots to do in the area including fishing, watersports, golf, shopping, and live music, as well as relaxing and searching for shark's teeth on the beach. Sarasota is just 40 minutes away, Tampa 1.5 hours away, Orlando approx 2.5 hours away and Miami approx 3.5 hours away.

We love this place. We realized that this is actually the second time we have stayed there. (July 2022). The only questionable thing is where to cross to be able to get to the beach.

Great place and location! The neighbors that stay are regulars and absolutely amazing humans! Our washer/dryer didn’t work but Kate was on top of getting a repair man out within a day! The neighbor lady let us use their washer and dryer! Another lady let us use her condiments and gave us delicious homemade relish! The pool is a saltwater pool and so relaxing! Amazing place and experience!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Kate's place. It was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy and it was very quiet. It was nice to have the dock out back. We would stay at Kate's place again.

We absolutely loved the condo! The location was perfect - restaurants and beach access were a two minute drive away! The condo was very clean and obviously taken care of. We loved the beach chairs and small cooler that were available! The amenities offered made our trips to the beach seamless.

Sweet Spot

The pier for fishing, the pool for relaxing and cooling down, and a short walk to the beach. What more could you ask for when you go to Florida for a break from the cold weather up North.

Manasota Key Stay

We stay on Manasota Key multiple times a year. We've never stayed at this property - but we really liked it! Close proximity to the public beach restaurants and Stump Pass Reserve. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and fishing on the docks. We caught snook, trout, snapper and sheephead from the dock overlooking the bay.

We had a great stay. Walk to beach, condo had all the beach supplies we needed. Close to restaurants and music. We had a great view of the bay from our outside sitting area which had a table with 2 chairs. We spent almost every evening unwinding and enjoying the outside. There is a boat dock where you can put kayaks in or dock your own boat. The pool is nice and there is a grill, we did not use either of them. Lastly, check in/out was easy and communications were smooth with the owner Kate. We loved it so much we jumped up to 2 weeks next year!

Quiet and great location

The place was perfect for us! The condo was clean, had enough towels and pillows and blankets! Beach chairs and umbrella was a surprise! We did bring our own. Will most definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Condo

We stayed for 4 nights and the unit met our expectations. Good location and very comfortable. Didn’t need the boat dock but it was nice to sit on Lemon Bay. The pool was nice and we met some really friendly people who were also staying in this 9 unit complex.

This property was exactly what we were looking for.Unfortunately, upon arrival we found a pile of dirty laundry on the floor and old used bed sheets. They forgot to schedule the cleaning lady we had to leave and come back later. We were not informed the washing machine was broken until after we spent 2 hours trying to wash our cloths, ultimately we had to dry dirty cloths.I wouldn't recommend this property,hosts do not care about renters

We addressed the issues in a very timely, efficient and polite manner. We apologised profusely and made it right as soon as we possibly could. Unfortunately the profanities on the phone from the guest on a number of occasions are something that we could not deal with which was unfortunate.

Long weekend

We stayed here for a long holiday weekend and it was perfect. The condo was in a great location, easy to beach and short ride out to the bay in the boat. The only challenge was the size of the boat dock but with no others there it worked fine. Late was a wonderful hostess and we will definitely be back!

They live close by in Venice so can be on hand for anything you may need. Dominic is a School Teacher, and Kate works as a Real Estate Agent.

Why they chose this property

This condo complex is unique in that there are only 9 units all on one level. During the high season, when most units are rented, people can have the perfect balance of seclusion and social activity. Throughout the rest of the year, this property cannot be beaten for its peacefulness when you may often have the pool and dock to yourselves. Sitting by the pool, watching the jumping fish and dolphins swimming by cannot be beaten - it truly is a piece of paradise.

What makes this property unique

This condo is cozy and comfortable, and with brand new appliances installed in 2018, and new flooring, painting and remodeled bathroom in 2021, you will have everything you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked, and everything is provided for your use. Being just one unit from the pool means you have easy access and a great view of Lemon Bay from the lanai.
