Bathroom:
The bathroom was completely updated in 2025 with a tile walk in shower, tile flooring, and walls. The vanity and linen closet provide tons of storage for your personal items. The bathroom is fully stocked with towels, hairdryer, bodywash and shampoo.
Kitchen:
The eat in kitchen is stocked with everything necessary to prepare your everyday meals, and recline in comfort while enjoying. Microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils of all sorts, etc. While you are preparing your meal, if you forgot an ingredient, no problem. The grocery store is immediately across the street! Sit at the kitchen island, or around the table for 4 to consume the goodness you prepare. Do not forget to take a look at the phone from circa 1920's attached to the wall.
Living room:
Fully decked in midcentury modern decor, the living room is designed for timeless comfort and joy. A 65" TV is is available with your favorite apps. To contrast, a vintage 1940's wood cabinet radio can take you back in time when families would gather around the speaker to hear their favorite show. You must try! Loveseat, recliner, and chair are ready to accomodate your tired body from the daily Prescott activity.
Walk out the front door and you will enjoy unbeatable convenience. Torme, a local favorite for Mediterranean cuisine and atmosphere, is just a two-minute stroll away down the sidewalk, and Fry's Food & Drug sits directly across the street for effortless grocery runs. The Prescott Rodeo Grounds are also only one block away for the multiple events held annually. Two coffee shops are less than a block away. And did I mention restaurants? Taco Don's, Shirley's, Wendy's, and Vietnamese Pho Noodle Shop are all a 2-4 minute walk out the door. The Prescott National Forest is a short 5 minute drive.
