Pelican Point Condo - Pelican 70

This condo has a 3rd-floor entry but all bedrooms and common spaces are located on one level. The views a breathtaking; the condo has three large picture windows in the living room overlooking the ocean and the city lights of Monterey in the evening. There are water views from the master bedroom and two of the other bedrooms. The condo is ready to accommodate two families with multiple bedding options. Who's sleeping anyway? The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the front door. The sunset is a must-see every evening of your stay. The stars are brilliant at night as Pajaro Dunes limits the number of exterior lights. Bonfires are allowed on the beach until 10 pm. Come out and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Pajaro Dunes, a private beach community.

Great Beach Front Family Condo

This condo is fully wheelchair accessible. All on one level with a ramp to the 3rd floor. 4 bedrooms with plenty of beds in each and 2.5 bath. Washer/dryer combo. Great views. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need for an extended family beach stay. Great experience. Would stay again!

The view of the ocean and mountians from this property where simply the best. Walking distance to the beach was about 3 minutes. My family and I felt at home here. Will rent again.

Beautiful condo, loved waking up, sitting on the couch with my coffee, watching the ocean..

Only problem was first bedroom to the right, bed sheets were stained. Thank goodness for the washer and dryer.

Horrible Management

We have rented several homes for vacation and have never had management that was so difficult. They were not able to answer any questions to clarify things about the property and they were rude. They do not care about answering specific questions that you need answered so they just say whatever in order to get you to stop asking. They also took very long to answer questions through text compared to other property managers. There were no check in instructions to guide us how to access the property or welcome book to help with necessities. The windows for this property are also not safe for children. The screens for the slider doors and windows were broken. The grill was filthy and there was no propane for the grill so we could not bbq. The bar stools are also not children friendly. The view from the balcony was great and the location was amazing but this unit is not on my favorites list. I do not recommend this property simply from our experience before we even arrived at the property. The management ruined our vacation before even being on vacation because of one person’s bad attitude on the management team.

Spectacular views & location

This was the first time we visited Pajaro Dunes and really loved the views from this place. There are so many flocks of birds that live right outside and are stunning to watch over the beach. The condo easily accommodated 2 families with young children. The open living/kitchen was spacious and comfortable. The rooms are very good sized with many sleeping options and comfortable beds. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated and basic, but functional. The doors & windows are also a bit old and without safety rails, which made opening them a little concerning with young children in the home. Overall it's a great location with a casual atmosphere for family fun. The beach & birds really make this location special.

Loved all the beds and we could've brought more. Nice house with lots of dishes and appliances. sliding door to the deck across from TV is in poor condition, Really needs to get fixed. also, was confusing signing up for the property. Over all really good. Will gladly return.

Unbelievable for friends and kids!

This spot was absolutely incredible. The walk to the beach was only 3-5 minutes so we could visit several times each day. The unit is really well laid out with very comfortable space for everyone - I love that the dining table seats 8. Others have pointed out that the kitchen is especially well-stocked and that was very true and much appreciated (even a blender!). I want to add how impressed I was with the amount and variety of children's accommodations. Among the amazing kid accoutrements we discovered bed rails, a booster seat, pack n play, trundle bed, bunk bed, kids plates, plastic bowls, and a small toilet seat. Wow. Needless to say, the kids in our bunch felt very comfortable quickly and had a great time. We hope to be back!
