Family & Grandparents

We were a family of 5 plus grandparents. Enjoyed driving past farms to get to our condo instead of city. We made trips to Monterey, Santa Cruz, the redwoods in Henry Cowell and traveled on highway 1. We enjoyed the condo and beach in the evenings. Would stay here again. Condo was a bit dated but clean. Pictures were accurated. Thanks for letting us use your condo!!

Great Family Getaway!

We loved so many things about staying here. The view was great, being able to walk right out to the beach was fantastic, and having enough rooms for everyone to stay in comfortably was really nice. We loved having easy access to pickleball, basketball, and were able to rent a fire pit so we could have a beach fire at night. Very cool place to stay. We did have an issue with the power shutting off in the hall bathroom and the bedrooms next to it when we had one person using the fan in the bathroom and another person blow drying their hair in a bedroom at the same time. The response from Pat was quick and helpful, even though it was later in the evening. We were able to get the power turned right back on. One of my sons realized he left his wallet after we left. We contacted the property and they were able to locate it and mail it to us right away. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family getaway at the dunes!

We had a lovely pre-Christmas family getaway with three generations meeting up at Pat’s place. It was a perfect space for the occasion. Plenty of room for everyone, family-friendly furnishings, a gorgeous view from the living room and primary bedroom, and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked for preparing large family meals. The host provided clear and helpful directions and other info about the property that made our stay comfortable. We hope to return soon!
